Where do I even begin. Called to freeze my account. Was told I could do it for 6 months. Then they came back and changed it to 3 months. Called to cancel. Nobody answered the phone. Left them a message. Nobody called me back. Called again right before they were going to charge my card and was told there isn't a manager available to cancel your account. So I blocked the charges. Manager was to call me back Monday. They didn't. Left another voicemail. Finally Ashley called me back today and they suspended my account for blocking the charges so now I can't use my 60 days unless I pay them more money. Place is an unorganized mess full of lies. They have thousands of dollars in membership fees from us and this is how they treat us? Go anywhere else. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!

I was on the massage table ready to go for 10 minutes before Ellah came back into the room to start a massage and then she ended the massage 5 minutes early. I expect to get at least 50 minutes not 45mins of a 60mins appt., since they stated the appointment includes a 10 mins consult and time to change. My therapist Ellah took 1 min on her consult and left the room, which is fine, but not to take 10 mins to come back in. My massage started good then it turnt into a very rushed one. Not the best massage. When I called to confirm my appointment was successfully booked on line, the lady on the phone asked me what kind of massage I wanted and I told her a relaxing one. She said she added a $15 lavender oil scent to my appt. I told her I did not want any scented oil because they give me headaches. She stated she had removed it and will inform the therapist. Before my massage started, Ellah asked me inhale some scent from under the donut pillow. I held my breath and told no Thank you. She wiped it off on a wet towel she had over my back and removed it, tossed it to the side. When I checked out, I was charged extra $15 for the “aroma therapy”. I told them I specifically said I did not wanted. The receptionist said the therapist came to the front to grab an oil, and asked me if she used it. I explain what she did and she said “she did use it so we are charging it” and proceed to explain, attempt, to sell me their membership. I’m never coming to this location again.

Very bad treatment. The front desk kept selling me essential oils and memberships. I said I didn't need them, but when I paid, they charged me extra fees for various reasons.

Renee is great! Knowledgeable and skilled with medium to deep pressure, and customizes it based on your preference. She will talk and make recommendations (like a foot massage ball) if you want, but usually is quiet so you can relax.

Renee is one of the best massage therapists that I’ve ever had. I moved here from MN and had a great massage person there, but luckily I found Renee here in TX and she’s even better! The location at Prestonwood is so easy to get to and the people are all so friendly and easy to work with. It’s also an extremely clean and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Three different people three completely different answers about basic questions: scheduling, services and pricing. 1 person did not even know where he was located. I have a non-emergency non-crisis spine injury (not even mentioned to them yet). I hung up after the last person had difference in pricing than (supposedly she was the GM). I personally will not do business with these people. They all sounded like they had been smoking weed. If it is legal in their workplace to do so I WILL NEVER do business with any business that allows this or advocates anything to do with WEED, hemp or cannabis. I am more stressed now than when I attempted to relieve stress and to think they want credit card info over the phone to book an appointment. They are very bad. I am not saying they are doing anything with WEED. I personally hate drugs and it just sounded like it.

Excellent experience at this location. Grayson always greets me with a smile, answers my questions, helps me manage my account, and deals with my appt requests and my arrival challenges. 😃 In addition to always a experiencing a interaction with Grayson, I would like to share the following interaction with another gentleman - Armand? Sorry if the name is wrong. I called at 5:30 PM on mid-week day and I was trying to get a massage for that night. They were booked, but the gentleman worked very patiently with me to find an available massage at another ME somewhere in the vicinity. I was ready to let it go and accept my procrastinator’s fate, but he persisted and found me an appt for 7PM at a store only about 20 minutes away. Thank you to all! 🤩👍🤩👍🤩👍

I am a regular client of licensed massage therapist Craig Mayfield, and think he is a fantastic provider as well as a kind and wonderful person that always is committed to listening to the needs of his clients and takes great concern and care to ensure a pleasant and therapeutic experience! I highly recommend his deep tissue massage treatment, and the front desk team is also tops!

I’ve been a member at massage envy for about 4 years and Marta has been my go to for a masseuse. She’s great and extremely friendly. I’ve gotten a 60 minute stretch that was also nice and a facial, which was my first - a bit painful but refreshing.

Father's Day massage from hubby. No complaints. He was satisfied. The only thing..1 hour massage is a 30 min massage due to paper work even after arriving 20 min early for paperwork.

I had such a fantastic experience with Quendi! I've had multiple therapists over the past few months to find someone who works best for me and she hit it out of the park. I've never had a therapist spend as much time before the massage making sure she knew exactly what I wanted. The massage itself was perfect, I'm a layperson with no massage experience myself but even I could tell every movement was deliberate and targeted at a specific muscle. I can't wait to come back to see Quendi again.

I think this location handles it well. I enjoy that I can book appointments online. I have had messages by multiple people, although I find Jason does the best job at the firmness I enjoy. It is also helpful that they let you cancel up to 3 hours before appointments without a fee.

My back has been hurting since I got my massage. My massage therapist did not ask if I wanted any water once the massage was finished and most importantly he caused more damage then relief.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Comforting and relaxing environment. Qwendy, my massage therapist, did a great job. She located several spots in my neck, back, and shoulders that had knots in them, and she massaged them and made sure they were gone. After the massage, my body felt better, and I slept much better.
