Manager does not return phone calls. Bathroom is in of repair. Front desk could not figure out why I was not receiving reminder text. Now they send me text every 2 to 3 weeks wanting a review.

New edit: last time here! Theyvhave added a random $62.45 charge to my account. Refuse to help with the situation claiming they cant fix it. I have had to go through my bank and file fraud charges and an i vestigation. How about last minute cancelations. Find out after you arrive for your massage that they canceled on you. Couldn't even manage a phone call to let me know.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for almost 2 years and am very grateful for the variety of services and products that they offer. Not to mention the level of professionalism and experience of their therapist. Being a member and a medical professional makes their services very affordable and working in the medical field allows me the privilege of a nice discount. Another amenity l appreciate is that they have nation wide locations. So regardless of where l may be when l am in need of a massage, l can still take care of my need to unwind therapeutically. I like that I can schedule an appointment at the last minute and they are very flexible. I have my favorites but if they are not available a substitute is and I've never had a bad experience.

I have always had great experiences at the Casa Linda location. Melchor and Linda are amazing! I only gave a 4 because one time I made an appointment requesting the person to wear a mask… even stated I understood if they didn’t want to I just wouldn’t come. Keep in mind my go to is Melchor who is always willing to accommodate, which I am thankful for but he was out! I am a full time caregiver so it’s important I stay healthy. When I got there it was a huge deal and the person didn’t want to wear one.. why didn’t y’all call and tell me that prior? . Then when they did finally find someone willing he made sure to tell me he was healthy and I didn’t need to worry. After all that.. it was ONE time but if you request that you are made to feel like a leper.

I've been a client for about 8 years. I schedule a monthly massage. I've had several different therapists during this time. They are all very professional, listen to your needs, and are very good at their vocation. I highly recommend Massage Envy at Casa Linda Dallas.

My 1st self-care day ended here. I was greet my a super nice lady at the front desk who explained their pricing structure and memberships. I chose to have a 90 minute session and was paired with Brianna. She is absolutely someone who I will trust in the future, she was firm with the massage and she explained her process, what I might feel afterwards. She is a definite go to if you need a great MT. It was a great experience from beginning to end!

Diana was amazing as always! Side note: I don’t understand why you stopped sending availability texts. They were such a great way to know the name of the therapists and their availability on the same day. It definitely made it very convenient to book appointments on the same day. Quite frankly, I don’t look at my personal email during the day but a text for sure. I can only imagine sending out emails and calling clients is more work for your team. Please bring the availability texts back!!!

I. Am. So. Very. Blown. TF. Away!! If this session didn’t immediately dissolve the headache I’ve had all week!!! Whew!! Along with my stress-carrying shoulder and neck, stubborn thigh pain, life-long plantar fasciitis and emerging sciatic pain?!! Lehmont’s hands (skillset) is like bottled BC (if you’re ole skool, then ya know)! It is a challenge for me to find a really deep tissue masseuse due to my problem areas. I’m so happy I’ve found Lehmont! And Massage Envy Casa Lina! I’m a forever fan and client!!
