I cannot emphasize how much this experience really helped me. After a year of having Bell's palsy, my masseuse Veronica helped me tremendously. During this year I have had stiffness on the right side of my face as well as continual dry eye. After my visit my face no longer feels as tense or stiff, and my eye is no longer feeling as dry. Not only does she help on my face but she also assisted in 10 spots on my shoulders and on my back, to the point where I felt at peace there. 10/10 would do it again, Veronica is highly recommended.

Massage Envy at the Fountains is a great place for relaxation and self-care. The front desk and manager, Ally, are always kind and helpful. Ally recently assisted me with a mishap regarding my membership and was very polite and professional. I've enjoyed massages from Justine and rapid tension relief sessions from Luis. Highly recommend this location and their services!

I have been getting massages from Natalie for quite a while now and she is professional and amazing at helping my back. I always look forward to my appointments with her because I feel so much more relaxed afterwards! I recommend her to everyone who asks.

I truly appreciate the staff at this location. I was running behind and was still able to get a 90 minute massage. I’ve been a member for over a decade and can’t say enough about how much I adore the services - whether it is a massage or facial - they always exceed expectations!!! For a mom of 4 this place was amazing! Highly recommend! Only spent 85$ for the first visit. Nick knew what he was doing. Very down to earth guy. I would go again.

I’ve been seeing Susye for massages for quite a while. She’s absolutely amazing! She’s always pleasant, asks how I’m doing, asks how the pressure is, and ensures she’s focusing on the areas important to me. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The rest of the staff are also welcoming, kind, and helpful. This is a wonderful location. I will continue going here for my massages.

I’ve been a Massage Envy Member for 10+ years. Have been to several ME facilities throughout the USA; and, can say this is the absolute worst! I will given credit to the front staff, especially Ms. Virginia, who is always pleasant and puts forth an effort to problem solve. I have yet to experience a manager with poise and professionalism since, Bethany was on board. Worst yet, the current “GM” Alli. She’s grossly unprofessional, to say the very least. It’s no wonder the clinic is going even further down the hill under her supervision. The clinic is dirty, the massage tables broken, table warners not functioning, walls cracked and separating from adjacent supporting walls, paint peeling. Staff constantly calling-out and changing their schedules, which causes frequent patient/client reschedules and cancellations.

Management extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Would avoid this location at all cost! Dirty, worn down and equipment not functioning. Scheduling is a circus with constant cancellations and rescheduling BY THE CLINIC. I regularly had 3 future massages scheduled in advance, with 2 week frequency, and EVERY appointment there was an issue on the clinics behalf. There was never any problems with them taking our monthly membership payment, however. Massage Envy is great, just not THIS location!

I was excited for my appointment. Unfortunately i had an emergency with my elderly father the night before and had to cancel in the morning. When doing so, since it wasnt 24 hrs in advance they said they were going charge me a cancelation fee of 35 dollars which i agreed to. They then came back on the phone to charge me 60 doallars instead because their system wouldn't let them change it. How is that my fault. They said , Because my servive was a total of 122.00. When I made the appointment on line the total was 80.00. I agree to that because I was given a gift card for that amount of 80.00 and was hoping to put it use. I understand they still need to pay their therapist for the inconvenience, but charging me more because their price differ from online appointment is not acceptable. But i guess my fault for not reading the fine lines. Be careful to what you agree to.

I was able to get booked with Nicholas to provide me with a full body massage and it was very good, he was very professional and I was completely relaxed. I also had the pleasure of getting a facial by Michelle r. It was my first time for both and I absolutely enjoyed it. Michelle was very knowledgeable on the products she was putting on my face and I really appreciate her conversation as well. Everything was very easy and the front desk was helpful throughout the entire process!

The staff is polite, professional, and very welcoming and maintain a great place and atmosphere. Had a session with Veronica, who is very knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure you feel relaxed. She worked on knots I did not know I had and it has been a long time since I felt that relaxed. Highly recommend her.

I always have a great experience here . Most therapists apply medium pressure. The facials are amazing . You come out glowing and Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Very clean facility and the staff is very welcoming and professional! I was able to book an appointment last minute and was very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend asking for Nicholas, he is very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work!

Bad customer service! Never had an appointment available for mee! Front desk was really rude also there was one therapist that was really rudee!! The therapist there are noo good dont recommend this place at all their service is really unsatisfactory! Not to mention a therapist including managemnt made me feel really uncomfortable! Its a waste of money! Not to even mention management team! They are horrible as well cant even tell you when theres a issue! Nothing!! Had a really bad experience at this location! Had been a member w massage envy for 5 yrs and never experience anything bad or anything til now! This was a the Farah Fountains location

I was canceled on the day of my appointment hours before I arrived. My wife enjoyed her time, we were supposed to have a couple's session but my masseuse canceled the day of the appointment and no one else filled in for her, so I signed her up for the membership only to have them close the location for 2 months. I think Massage Envy is about to close nationwide as they are tied to one of the many banks that are closing nationally. No solid proof, but it is suspicious that they have closed for two months with no warning, but they're still taking money from my account for the membership I bought for my wife. When she looked up the other location in our city, she read similar reviews of people being canceled on, the day of their appointments. Totally canceling the membership. Very shady company.

My favorite massage envy location and I always make it a point to schedule at this one! I got a facial with Michelle and she’s very knowledgeable about skin and all the ingredients. She explains exactly what she’s doing and ensures I understand every step of the process. Not only does she help during appointments but even helps me when I need advice on skincare! I 10/10 recommend getting a facial with Michelle! Truly the best facial I’ve ever had!!

Favorite Envy location. I got a facial with Michelle and she’s very knowledgeable about skin and ingredients. She explains exactly what I need based on my lifestyle and gives me the instructions to take better care of my skin. I like her honesty about home care and how I also need to do the work for my skin to improve. Sometimes it’s hard to schedule something on short notice, but I usually check for a few days and will find an open time slot when I need to come in. Legit 5 stars for sure.

Great Service. I have been to several ME’s around the country. This is one of the best. Kensy is an amazing therapist. I was struggling with migraines, and she has been able to help with the tension causing the problem. I have not had any migraines since I started seeing her in July. I have never had an issue booking an appointment at this location. My home location is 90 days out. I have been able to book here 1-2 weeks ahead of time with no issues. They have several therapists on staff. I can’t wait to try a facial…

Its really hard to get an appt if you have a regular job..and you need the job to be able to afford it..wish they had a location closer to me in the far northeast El Paso rather than have to drive 30-40 minutes since time is a major factor..just not satisfied
