Trish, the assistant manager up front, was super awesome and helpful with all my questions, and even went as far as to text a group chat asking for advice on what type of skincare would be best for me when I was taking a look around. That’s top tier customer service ! The massage therapist yoli who did my massage today at this location was also super friendly and did exactly what I asked for

I’ve been calling for 3 days straight to cancel my membership, 2 emails to corporate and I am yet to receive their so called email for cancellation, I’ve heard so many stories about how hard they make it to cancel your membership. DO NOT do it it’s not worth your money, and yes I spoke with the manager and she confirmed my email and said I will be sending it in the next 5 minutes. I’ve checked my spam and inbox every 5 minutes since and the email it’s yet to arrive.

It was so relaxing, I thought he was joking when the 90 minute session was done. If I didn’t see my phone’s time I would have been confused as to why it was cut short. Too relaxing, lol I will be going back for more. I had a deep tissue massage on the 7th from Joshua, R. On the Eastside.

Update to the update. Had a couples massage and Hugo was amazing!!! He had my shoulder feeling like brand new again!! The deep pressure helped relieve my tension and stress in my neck and shoulders. He was professional and it was a wonderful relaxing massage. Sooo sad to leave this location due to an upcoming move but I wanted to shout out not only Josh but the amazing staff!! The past 2 years this location has continued to do an amazing job!! Their professionalism and courtesy is definitely the best I've seen!!! I love this location!! Josh is one of a kind!!!! If you're looking for an amazing, professional masseuse he's your guy!!! Thank you!!
