I got a massage and facial from my husband and after the massage and the facial they told me that I owed 40 more after what my husband had paid for the gift. I asked to talk to the manager and they told me he as sick. They said since it wasn;t my first time there the massage would be double the price. They manage false advertisement. My husband was never told that.

Not impressed at all. My husband booked us full body massages for 60 minutes. I walked in the room at 2:02 and walked out at 2:44. We were told that included 5 minute pre and post consultation. Still didn’t add up to 60 minutes. Therapist never touched my legs and only touched my arms to move them on the table. I not only told the therapist but also pointed to a spot on my lower back that needed attention which he never touched. I also found it very hard to relax in a room that smelled. I was nauseated the whole time. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because the front desk was polite and my husband said his massage was good.

I've been visiting this location for 4 years now and while I love the therapist I see (Jason is fabulous), the condition of this store seems to just get worse with each visit. Carpets are dark, dirty and coming loose everywhere. Base boards have been missing for years. The lobby is tired and chairs are worn out. And these are just a few observations. I've been a member for over a decade now and I've been to numerous other locations in different cities and while most have a spa-like feel, that is just not the case here at West side location... Let me be clear, I don’t write this in hopes of getting anything other than the attention of ownership. If you take anything away from my review, let it be that you're doing this location a disservice by not taking the time to do basic repairs and maintenance. As a loyal member, I'd appreciate if the location I spend my time at was held to a higher standard than it currently is now.

SCAM. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to cancel your membership. There's even a class action lawsuit about it. When I signed up I asked in no confusing terms "What happens if I can't afford it and I need to cancel?" I was told that I can cancel anytime, straight up, to my face. LIES. I was denied canceling over the phone and the manager was supposed to call me back and never did. To avoid the stress (which is one of the reasons you get a massage, right? De-stress?!) I decided not to fight it. Now almost a year later the person I spoke to on the phone today was mumbling something about my subscription ending in November!! He was so rude and unprofessional, he had no enthusiasm or customer service at all. I asked him why November and he said "I don't have that information at this time." ...what?! If the person working at massage envy doesn't know why massage envy is extending your subscription then who the heck is supposed to know?! He then refused to give me the managers name, why? If you as an employee have nothing to hide then why should a name be so secretive? If you've done nothing wrong per your job description then there should be no reason to hide your name. I've worked customer service for over 15 years from entry level staff to management and I am appalled with this place. If you google it you'll see an article about a class action lawsuit for their memberships. You will either need to block them through your bank/credit union or change your debit/credit card number.

Expected more massage or focus were i said i need it. And the day after got an awful cramp in my back. That lasted 24 to 36 hrs !!!

I had an appointment set up I got several texts to confirm my appointment,I get there and the lady who was going to massage me didn't show up to work and so when I get there they told me she didn't show up to work and so we left very disappointed with neck pain.,I don't recommend this place but it's up to you.

Unbelievable Called to make an appointment took 30 minutes to get set up with the two appointments, got confirmation of one appointment, called to find out where my wife's appointment was.. nothing! Gave all information that was relied to me names of masseuse for both appointments and times, come on man! We travel 2 hours to get here and no appointment for her! Not one to leave her out I cancel mine! Then to top it off I am getting charged for cancelling when this was all their fault!! Did I forget to mention it is her birthday today!! This use to be a breeze I do not know what happen, but come on guys!!

It’s so annoying when you call a business to make an appointment and they tell you to book on the app- I now have tried three times to book on the app, takes about 10 minutes to create an account and go through options and on the last step it tells you to call the store. I received a gift card for Christmas, it would be my first time at the franchise- why do I have to create an account to get a massage?? I recommend when you have a client on the phone- book the appointment, don’t add stress to clients booking appointments to destress.

The staff is all great and welcoming and always works with my schedule . Nadia is the best!! her rapport and her massages are heaven I always catch myself drooling of how relaxed I am . She is a great asset and never disappoints

Went in for a 1 hour massage after 40 mins Carlos states that the massage was over. I mentioned that it wasn’t an hour. His reply “I brought you back a little early.” Yeah I arrived at 5:45 pm to fill papers out, massage started at 6 and ended at 6:40. I didn’t know that we were paying massage therapist to walk in the door and undress. Massages are very expensive and to not get what you are paying for and then tip?? DO NOT SPEND YOUR $ here!!

How can you expect someone to wear a mask for a facial? Absolutely ridiculous! Or for someone to wear one face down trying to enjoy a massage! Shame on y'all!

Went in for a facial and got turned away for not having a mask. No one else was in the lobby, as it was closed off anyways. I would have taken my mask off for the facial obviously 🙄 and been in closer proximity to the tech during my service. So walking a few feet into a room, really made a huge difference if I had my mask on? Very sad to see how people don't think and use logic.

My husband got me a gift certificate for mother's day. I called a couple of weeks back and made an appointment. I walk in the day of the appointment and am told that my appointment was scheduled for PM and not AM. I told the girl that I spoke with an actual person and did not do it online so I couldn't understand the error. She said that I confirmed through text, which I did but did not pay attention to the PM part because I figured since I was told AM it was correct. She tried to put me on a waiting list for the next day but I already have plans and of course an appointment would not be a sure thing. I don't have many days off where I get time to myself so rescheduling is practically not an option at this point especially if I'm on a "waiting list". My husband called and he can't get a refund so I guess we're out the money. I just read other reviews and starting to believe this place really is just a scam.

Was not able to get my massage, so I’d give 0 stars if possible. My husband surprised me with a massage for our anniversary and booked it for me online, a few weeks beforehand. Then, the day before the appointment, he got a confirmation text to confirm the appointment but it was at a different time than he originally booked. We called to find out what happened, and they said that booking online isn’t reliable because they can get overbooked that way, so we were bumped to a different time (4 hours later). Why have an online booking system then?? Because it was our anniversary, I had the day off from work and had other things planned for the remainder of the day, so moving the appointment was not possible. They told me I can reschedule anytime (well, duh), but I won’t because I don’t often have days off or childcare to pamper myself. They were no able to accommodate us at either location in El Paso and were not helpful in resolving the matter or making up for their “system error”. I definitely do not recommend.
