No pics but I have been getting massages here for about 2 years. Lost my regular guy a little over a year ago when left and that led me to an appointment with Matt! Haven't scheduled with anyone else since!! Very happy and my body is a mess...recovering from Cervical fusion surgery c3-c7 makes it scary to go back to massage and he was/ is extremely careful while still giving me a good massage throughout the early recovery weeks/months, and continues to consistently everyone appointment. Matt, I am extremely grateful for the pain relief in between Physical Therapy sessions. Do make sure to schedule out far. The ability to book same day or same week isn't always there. Front desk is lovely in person.

Lacresia is FANTASTIC! Her deep tissue massage greatly relieved the pain in my shoulders and left arm, and I left feeling so much better. The front staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

I have been trying to get a hold of the manager since November. Talked to a guy a few months back about cancelling subscription. Got a call in November that they needed payment. I told them I thought it had already canceled it and asked to speak to a manager. She would not connect to me and said she would give the manager my message. Never heard anything further. Then I got another call this week that they needed payment for December. That person told me that a form has to be filled out by the person who set everything up to cancel -problem is this was something gifted to me so I am not the person that set it up. None of this was mentioned months ago to me. Again I asked for the manager and was told I'd get a call back. If you are thinking about buying a gift package or subscription for someone for Christmas DON'T.

I have paid them over $5,000 for monthly massages, but am unable to utilize any of the services I’ve paid for unless I continue paying them $20.00 a month, which is nothing more than a disgusting money grab. I have called 4 times now regarding this and sent 2 emails, but cannot get a manger to call me back to settle this. I cannot imagine any customer paying me that amount of money and refusing to provide services unless they give me even more money!! This is inexcusable, and I plan on escalating this to their corporate office or possibly seeking an attorney.

This place was decent until they had a revolving door at the front office and with the massage therapists. My massage therapists were pretty good, but the front office staff has been bad. I’ve been a member for over 5 years and they simply refuse to allow me to cancel my membership as I am no longer needing to go every month. For the past week, I keep getting the “run around” and told I am on a list to get an e-mail from the manager with the cancellation form and will receive it in 2 days, but I never do. I called every 2 days to see what is going on, but with different excuses. Their corporate office is even more of a joke and can’t do anything since this is a franchise. I simply don’t recommend them as they are untrustworthy and won’t let a 5 year member cancel. I met my contract obligations a long time ago. It’s a shame as I was still going to be a customer, just not go as often. Now, they lost a customer.

I've had this membership for some time now. They told me I could gift a massage anytime if I didn't used it. They told me that I could use it on any of the services they offered. I was able to gift one massage and when I wanted to do it again they told me I couldn't gift to the same person. Then I accumulated several months and wanted to do a facial then turned out that certain facial or service wasn't included and I'd have to pay an additional fee. I had to pay an additional fee to have a massage at another location. (Too many read the fine print..) Then I'm told today that because the cancel form was received after the 10 day, an additional payment will be taken out for another service not used. So beware as the manager said this is a corporate policy but yet I had to contact the location I purchased the membership from to have a massage done at another location and pay an additional fee. I will not return to any of their locations. Most especially this one. The manager call to tell me not anything about how many unused services I had to use within the 60 day window, but she did call to tell me I will be charged another month before my membership will be canceled. Very disappointed customer!

Don’t waste your money here. I spent 400 to get my wife a gift to use when she was able. No one explained she only had 6 months to use her credits. She did one facial and tried to schedule something else and was informed by staff they could not see her credits and they don’t expire… so we called back and spoke to a manager who was very rude and condescending when she spoke to my wife and told her she only had 6 months to use what was purchased. This was not explained to me when I purchased this for my wife. She was unwilling to help and said the manager that sold me this was no longer there and she’s the manager now and it’s their policy. Terrible customer service. They just want to take your money. If I was informed my wife only had 6 months to use her credits because they were purchased in advance I would have bought the monthly membership. Just trash!!! I wish I could give 0 stars

I've been here several times over the past 6 months and have good service each time. The massage therapist I use is very good and I have had facials, as well. I would recommend this location to others looking in this area.

The new manager and assistant manager are the worst thing to happen to this location. They do not work with customers who have memberships on accommodations that have been in place for years. They also do not value members. The treat the massage therapists poorly and so the good ones don't stay. I'm very disappointed. Sad thing is they haven't done anything to rectify the situation. Avoid this location if possible!

Massage was good but it was to be 60 minutes, it was about 40 at the most. I was looking at the memberships but I won’t be returning as I don’t feel like I received what was paid for.

Typical massage envy. The only thing I wish they did different is after the session to ensure the customer feels comfortable is to close the door between the front and back so when the front desk asks about how the session was the therapist can’t hear them. If someone had a bad experience and it’s a lot harder to let someone know when the therapist is there.

I splurged on my very first facial for my birthday and it was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed it and was very satisfied with my results. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kelly performed my facial and was so sweet and talked me through the entire process. I’m very interested in the monthly membership but want to try a massage before I commit. Will update this once I do!

Do NOT go here! I still have my contract from Oct 2011, and they keep violating it. 1. Contract says I can transfer if I move more than 25 miles away. I moved to a different state in 2013, they refused to transfer. I now live over 60 miles away and they still refuse to transfer. The local ME that is near my house wants to charge me a market "upcharge" to use my massages here, since I'm a member of another location--a location that won't let me transfer. 2. They REFUSED to pause during Covid without charging me. I have lots of unused massages as a result. 3. They changed their rules to keep me from transferring them to other people without paying $10 EACH, ANNNNND they will only let me transfer ONE per month, and not to the same person more often than every 6 months! 4. If you want to pause your membership to use some of your huge backlog of massages, they will charge you a monthly fee to pause--oh and you wouldn't be able to use your backlog! You have to keep paying, or you lose all the massages you've already bought! 5. Nobody will help you. You can't get anyone with any authority on the phone or email. You'll wait and wait and keep following up and get nothing. Eventually, they just have front desk people contact you and say no. If you're willing to throw some money at filing a lawsuit with me, get it touch with me. Edit: 3/4/23 - still nothing from the owner.

I came into the store on 11/27/2022 (since the manager failed to contact me) in regards to canceling my account after the 12 months. I was told there would be no charges after this date but 12/7/2022 rolled around and I was charged once again since it takes a full 10 days to cancel account. Got my January credit card statement in and once again I was charged after I canceled my account back in November!!!! I’ve never spoke to a manager on the phone when promised and got a very rude and hateful gentleman when I came into the store. I’ve disputed the charges from Visa and demand a manager or higher up to pick up the phone and call me first thing when open. I’ve had nothing but terrible service from your location hence the reason why I cancelled. I was also told I was emailed paperwork to cancel but never received anything from ME. I should have not been charged in December and especially not in January.

Will NOT be returning. I arrived early as advised but was taken back late. The chemical peel was supposed to be an hour but she was done at least 15 minutes early even though I did add-ons. She was nice enough but graded my peel by how much I "felt" it on a scale of 0 to 10. I never got beyond a 1 but my results were not even that. Everyone who I know who got a chemical peel actually PEELED and saw beautiful results, hence my interest. I did not and its been a week. All I got was some clogged pores from all the goop in the aftercare kit. She said we would do the "stronger" one next time but there wont be a next time, at least not here. I tipped her so in all I paid $250 to get no improvement but to acquire 2 pimples. Every FACIAL Ive ever gotten was cheaper with better results. Go somewhere else.
