Cora is great … she is a phenomenal aesthetician. She talks while she works to tell you what all she’s doing so you won’t be alarmed or surprised by anything. She does such a phenomenal job. I will get Cora every time.!

Your front desk staff are very polite and accomodating but Jamaica is the best. I almost cancelled my membership when she left but once I learned she was back that was a game changer. I've been going to her for a long time and will continue to do so. She definitely deserves a bonus.

I've been dealing with chronic neck, shoulder, and back pains for awhile. Drake was amazing at relieving some tension and I finally was able to get a good night's rest. He was very informative and I know I'll be back regularly to keep the pain away.

I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Sonok at Massage Envy, and she was absolutely amazing! She expertly targeted my areas of pain and even gave me helpful tips on stretches I can do at home to alleviate discomfort. I truly appreciated the personalized care and the plan she put together for future visits. Sonok has such a beautiful and calming spirit, and her massage was a perfect 10/10! I can’t wait to see her again soon. Highly recommend! Also! The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The facility was spotless, well-maintained, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Cora did an amazing job with my facial! My skin felt so soft afterwards! She was very knowledgeable with my skin & the natural products I use. She recommended a toner that I purchased that is great! I’ll definitely see her again next month. Jamaica is the best with massages! Great experience every time! So relaxed when I leave! She is truly the best!

I love this location!! The staff and atmosphere are amazing, but Sonok always exceeds my expectations. She's personable, empathetic and exceptionally knowledgeable, concentrating on whole wellness. I started going to Sonok two years ago, while dealing with two partially torn ligaments and scheduled for surgery for an injury that was being "handled" by Workers Comp🙄 that had drawn out beyond a year. I called ME to inquire about getting a full body stretch session, and was referred to Sonok. During the session, we spoke about my ankle, and she immediately began helping me, wholly. Along with addressing my physical limitations and concerns, she also helped me by encouraging me and speaking goodness over me and into my life. Two sessions in, I was able to walk and work without any difficulty (I can even wear my heels again!)... AND NO SURGERY OR ADDITIONAL PT. Also, I was (am) better equipped to MANAGE me and life stuff. My job relocated 200 miles away shortly afterwards, and there's been no shortage of stress since. However, I recently recognized that I needed to REfocus my attention to my WHOLE wellness (mind, body, spirit/soul). I also recognized that Sonok had proven to be a huge part of my wellness path, so I called to schedule an appointment and headed to Memphis. I'm so grateful for Sonok and how dedicated she is to promoting self-care, self-love, and overall wellness. I feel great physically (massage, heat and stretch), mentally (kindness, laughter and perspective)and spiritually (enlightenment, gratitude, and encouragement). I've been with Massage Envy since 2012 (Virginia, Florida, Texas, and Tennessee), and in all of those years, I've experienced and had ok, good, and great therapists... Sonok is an awesome therapist, and I have decided the 200 miles commute twice a month is WELL worth it!! 🌹🙌🏽❤️ *SELF•CARE*SELF•LOVE*❤️🙏🏽🌹

If you ever decide to get therapy I recommend you go to message envy in germantown. It's clean and the staff is very nice. I went and got a facial done it was my first time every getting one, Alex was great she made me feel good and comfortable she did a great job she was very professional so if you get a facial I recommend her. Enough about me rambling go and see for yourself.....

The staff is great. They greet you with a smile. Each person I have come to see if pleasure and excellent. I have no complaints. That front desk is on point. Love them. Drake is very attentive. Find out what you want attention to and he goes to work to make you feel better when you leave.

Ales is great! My aging skin gets compliments from strangers and professionals all the time. Very thorough and relaxing with no high pressure sales. She will tell what you need and show products but she leaves that up to you. I’ve been going to her regularly for years

Sonok was my therapist, first time visiting this location. I have been using massage envy for quite a few years on a membership. She gave me the absolute best massage ever! She incorporated stretching into the massage and I felt so much better afterwards. Thanks Sonok!
