I have never had a massage prior to this; in fact this session was a surprise gift for my birthday. I knew I would enjoy a massage but boy did I not realize how much it would impact me! For some background- due to genetic postural issues, I have chronic leg pain from my ankle all the way up to my hips. I go about my day-to-day life to the background of persistent 3/10 pain. On top of this existing pain, I injured myself a little over a year ago which has led to constant right lower back pain and right hip pain to the point where I can’t sleep comfortably at night. The front desk staff were excellent and kind, but the real star of the show was Andre. I HIGHLY recommend booking with him- the man is a magician. For the first time in my life, my leg pain melted away. In fact, pain that I had lived with so long that I wasn’t even aware of it anymore, just vanished. The sheer concept of time ceased to exist while Andre expertly disintegrated my pain and soreness. My mind wandered off and suddenly the 60 minutes were done and I felt at my best. Andre, thank you. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m hooked! I love going every month with my membership. Everyone is very friendly. Kaitlin and Michele are amazing at their skill. They work on me to help relieve knots and it’s also super relaxing. Lifetime customer here.

My first appointment was a hour appointment. Went in 10 minutes after and done on the dot 00. Only 50 minutes. Not one hour as said. You cancel appointment 10 days early and you still get charged. Worker doesn’t know how to cancel appointments nor care. Call corporate and they don’t care either. Then you cancel membership because of it and they still keep taking your money. Scammers. Looks like this happens a lot according to the reviews.

Every massage is a wonderful experience. From the front desk to the masseuse everyone is wonderful. Greeted by name upon arrival and helpful with add ons and scheduling next appointments. Masseuses are kind and always checking in on pressure and how I am doing.

I have had 2 massages at Massage Envy in Ashwaubenon. My first experience was bad. I paid for a 90 minute massage & added the foot massage as an enhancement. The gal doing my service was bad!! She spent most of the time doing acupressure. If I wanted that kind of service, I would have asked for it or gone elsewhere. Her strokes were not fluid. They were short & fast. Not relaxing. As for the enhancement, why bother? She did practically nothing but put lotion on my feet. BUT THE WORST PART, SHE FARTED DURING MY SESSION!!! I heard it & then smelled it. No apology or any acknowledgement from her. SO GROSS!!! My 2nd massage was better. But I will keep trying different masseuses until I find the right one for me.

The customer service experience was great and they made sure I was comfortable at every point. My first appointment with them I didn’t have the exact experience I was looking for due to communication differences between myself and the massage therapist. They were more than helpful to correct the situation and even brought me back in for a completely massage. They truly provide the utmost of excellence with their customer service and quality of care. I will definitely be returning.

Great atmosphere, friendly welcoming staff. Theresa is an amazing massage therapist - she listens to any concerns or goals, personalizes the sessions, and then really puts the time and energy into the massages. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after my appointments :)

I booked an appointment last Tuesday or Wednesday for a facial & massage with hesitation because the one other time I’d been there the woman I had did not stop talking the whole 60 minutes. It was not relaxing, enjoyable or even a good massage. Also, was pushed in to a year contract that I had to beg to get canceled. I got called in to work for 6 am Monday morning & missed my appointments. I was charged for the services I did not receive due to something completely out of my control. So all in all, this place is not good at all.

Booked an hour massage on-line for the one day I am off call for the next two weeks online through the google maps link. Arrived 15 min early only to find out they have no record of my booking and nothing available. I was told by the desk this is common. Sorry but if this is common and management isn’t fixing the problem I clearly need to find a new company that cares about customers. To be clear, I don’t blame the desk personnel. Horrible unsatisfactory experience. I advise never book online and call directly. Booking app is a joke.

Edited- since posting this review I’ve been contacted by managing staff and while I can’t get behind their marketing strategies and I stand by my complaints. I was very pleased by their personal responses to criticism. I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. The front staff was very friendly and my massage therapist was actually great. But. I don’t treat myself to a massage very often and I just want to relax while there... instead every time I turned around someone was pitching something extra... I’m not here for the sales pitch. I just wanna relax while I’m here and not feel pushed by EVERYONE in the building. Ruined my relaxing day. I used to go to a ME in Colorado and never once felt this sales pitch frenzy... won’t be back and won’t recommend to friends.

I’m a medically discharged combat veteran that moved back to hometown of Green Bay and wanted a quality massage for a good price in the Green Bay Area next to my house. Went to massage envy and after my first massage which wasn’t that great for deep tissue they said I could sign up for monthly massages and cancel anytime. Not only was the information I was given incorrect but then when I canceled my membership (that was awful and painful process) they said I had massages credited to me but didn’t tell me I only had had LIMITED time to use them. So not only did I only receive one massage, I had paid for 5 more massages but never received a single massage. So not only are they thieves, but the gentlemen I spoke to was yelling at me, saying I was wrong and ultimately made me cringe at the very thought of them receiving more customers or taking advantage of people who just want to feel better after serving his country and community. Please do not go here, find somewhere else, do your research. Oh and they all need schooling in professionalism. As decorated combat vet I DO NOT ENDORSE THIS COMPANY! And me being in the military has much to do with it, when you live a life of morales and values and then lied to by big business and rudely spoken to. Yes I served unprofessional people so they wouldn’t have to fight. Instead, you grew up to be and unprofessional pompous individual who gets off on cheating and lying to people. And yes, you lied to my wife and I and I will keep making sure no one goes to your location.

Lost points do to corporate policy Make you sign up for yr or you pay a lot more per session pay for 60min and get 50 Pay for 90min and get 80 Never even herd of this before, not to mention pricing is a touch higher than most places I’ve been Other than that many therapists to choose from If your want oil you have to specify or you get Lotion Building, staff & atmosphere is very nice and Pleasant

PLEASE READ THE EDIT AT THE END. Overall after issues were brought to their attention they were great about fixing the issue. I was not sure if I wanted to write a review or not but I thought I would just share my experience( I haven't done much with professional massages so this could be as much as my fault as theirs only have been to 2 places) I first went into the location and seemed very processional asked me what I would like them to focus on and let them know about my neck and upper back issues. They did up sell me on a Rapid tension relief. Before I added it to my massage I asked if it would cut into my massage time. They said it would be done prior. I booked an hour. Once I was in the room she let me know it was a 50 minute massage then did the RTR treatment during the massage. So the hour massage I booked was only 40 minute by the time everything was said and done. During the massage they did tell me the one I booked was light pressure but I assumed light pressure at least meant some decent pressure. They did not focus anymore on my back and neck pain as the rest of my body. Basically I feel like in the end I paid $105(after tip because I still wanted to be nice to the masseur as this was not her fault or problem) that I paid an extensive amount to have someone to rub lotion on my skin. Was hoping to come here to have some relief in my neck and upper back but feel as if I wasted my time and money coming here. I don't think that I will be returning and wanted to give everyone else my experience. WANTED TO EDIT. Manager reached out to me and talked to me about my concerns and the issues that I had. I went in for another massage and worked with Mike and had a very good massage with the pressure I required and was overall a professional experience from both Mike and Roland the manager. Will be returning in the future to this establishment.

Visiting the area, I saw Mike and Dave for a very troublesome rotator cuff. I walked in with limited range, tight and tweaks of pain. After 2 sessions I have a wider range, tension and knots are released, and feeling way better. I have been to 20 plus locations over 23 years of membership, and this location has depth of therapists. 8 to 10 years plus of hands on experience, and you can make an appointment easily to see your person you want. My home clinic have to text for appointment. No ability to book weeks in advance and few who have 5 plus years of facial or therapist experience. Also did a facial with Katie and was impressed. I already booked time with Dave on the day i had available to sneak in another treatment on my shoulder again. When you have lived with mobility limits for a long time, and Mike and Dave find it, figure out how to make it better ...you make another appointment. !

I am very picky about my therapist and have chosen Michele, who I see every 2 weeks. Her massage is very relaxing and she can go as deep as I need her to. The room is very inviting and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!
