This was my first ever massage. The place was nice and peaceful. Luke did an awesome job making sure I understand everything. He made me feel very comfortable. It was much needed and I will make sure I go back.

Christina is excellent. I have had 3 massages from her and they have all been total bliss. She is great at getting into my problem areas (neck and hips) and I feel comfortable just relaxing and enjoying the massage without the need for awkward chatter.

I haven't had a massage in years but Angelina was great. She made sure to ask if it was to much pressure throughout the massage and didn't just assume. That is the thing I most respected that she took the time to check in throughout.

My masseuse, Jess, was so amazing. She was kind, understanding, and was really adamant about me communicating to her about the pressure of the massage. She made me feel safe and comfortable. Jess and I spoke about my back pain beforehand, and she gave me a specialized massage with medium pressure on my back and a softer pressure on the rest of my body. I very much enjoyed my visit and will be back.

This downtown Greenville location is beautiful and luxurious, the staff are extremely professional! They go above and beyond to accommodate guests. I booked a same day massage on a whim while in town visiting and was not only able to be seen but due to a scheduling conflict the front desk reached out to me and asked if I’d be willing to take another masseuse an hour later. I was more than willing to accommodate and they still went out of their way to offer me a free 1 hour facial for the “inconvenience”. My experience with Kaitlyn was incredible. 10/10 facial and this is coming from someone who is in the medical aesthetic industry! That leads me to Luke, the masseuse I received instead of the original. I tend to chose female only when given the option so I was a little intimidated, but Luke could not have been more respectful, capable, and a heck of a good massage. I’ve never felt so comfortable, he was very meticulous about ensuring I was comfortable and covered up to my comfortability the whole time. 10/10 will book him again! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Amberlyn listened to my skin care concerns and recommended the service she thought would help me- the most- and I enjoyed the dermaplaning and I love the results!! She made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the results too. My face looks great- could see a difference today putting my make up on! My massage with Tanesha was amazing!! I had a crick in my neck and a my lower back from sleeping wrong- and she fixed it!! Plus it was just the perfect technique and pressure for me- can't wait to get another session soon!

I hadn't had a male masseuse before and was a little apprehensive, but David was very good. He was professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. The massage was just how I wanted it. (Perfect pressure, the length of time was great and he covered the areas that needed work really well.) I would recommend David 100% and will be going back soon for another session. I have been a client of the Massage Envy for over a decade. Most of that time has been at the downtown location. I have never been disappointed. The facility is great. So are the front desk staff. It all comes down to the therapist. Sam is phenomenal! Without hesitation, I highly recommended him!
