Decided to try a full body stretch to assist in flexibility. Kayleigh was great, she listened to my concerns, took notes and developed a stretching therapy that works for me. I have been to her three times now and will schedule my next appointment soon! Kayleigh has helped me with flexibility and the increased flexibility has helped me enjoy my yoga classes more!
