Asia is amazing! The whole process is super smooth. I was having incredible muscle tightness and pain in my shoulder and she spent most of the time working on that area (which was fine by me!). I think it’s affordable and worth the time.

This is a terrible place. The manager did not help me extend my membership expiration. I lost $700. It was a waste. I’m so sad about this situation.

Affordable but I ended my membership a couple of years ago. I visit on occasion when I need a quick appointment for a massage. Most recently, the service has been just ok.

Best massage in two years. I’m new to this center and was delighted to be paired with Asia, who was fantastic. Nice firm touch, super relaxing and thorough. I decided to join and look forward to returning for a monthly massage with Asia. It’s an investment in self-care that is totally worth it.

Meghan is extremely knowledgeable about the facials & chem peels. I felt very comfortable letting her do a full TCA peel on me. She explains everything that she is doing & goes over the after care efficiently as well.

NEVER and I mean NEVER do business with this Massage Envy location. What a horrible business they run. I have had 2 massages that have been booked (with plenty of advance notice) and both have been cancelled day of, with less than 24 hours notice. In one case it was cancelled an hour before the scheduled appointment to which they say sorry but there’s nothing they can do. Meanwhile, in anticipation of my appointments I received calls and texts reminding me that if I did not cancel with more than 24 hours notice I would be charged 50% or 100% of my service. No remediation done on their end for this poor communication and bad business practice. If I could give 0 stars I could. Stay away.

Ariel is great. She listens to what is needed and asks if adjustments are needed throughout the session concerning pressure, areas covered, etc. she applies firm pressure which I need to work out the knots. I will continue to go to Ariel.

Not super satisfied with my experience here. The masseuse did not know about and was unprepared for my enhancements. She left the room for at least 10 minutes in the middle of my massage to clarify what I had booked and get the product, shorting me massage time. Didn't even get to have neck and shoulders done. I've had positive experiences at other massage envy locations, not sure what's up with this one. Edit: Bumping this rating down a bit. I submitted a complaint on the Massage Envy website. After several days, I have not heard back yet. I don't think they take customer complaints very seriously.

Yu Chong consistently gives an excellent massage. She is very body in tune and attends to area rather than simply following a methodology. Always a great experience
