This was my 2nd visit to ME in Florida. Followed my aesthetician Angela to a different location. I am very happy with my results. She always explain the process step by step and was very attentive … I plan on making this a monthly visit. Front desk staff also great. Sorry I forgot her name. #selfcare

I debated for a long time about leaving this review because I love the company, but this location has always disappointed me. I wanted to keep giving it second chances, but at this point I feel like it’s important to share my experiences. I never feel welcomed here. Every other location I have been to has welcoming and inviting front desk workers but the girls who work at this location just ask for your name and tell you to go back but don’t show you where to go. It’s also kind of a maze to find the waiting room. The first time I came, my masseuse came in after I go onto to bed and had no shoes or socks on. She also had ear buds in that were playing so loudly I could hear her music over the relaxing music on the speaker we are supposed to hear. Yesterday, I tried to book for this coming Sunday but there were no appointments in 3 locations. I saw there happened to be an opening for 7:00 at the south side location. It was 6:15 so I called the location itself just to make 100% sure it was okay to book with such little notice. I made it clear I didn’t want to come if it was going to be an inconvenience but the girl on the phone insisted I come in. When I was in the waiting room, the masseuse saw me and muttering under his breath, shaking his head, and sighing loudly so that I knew he was upset that I came in last minute. The massage itself was fine but I felt like an extreme burden after making it clear I didn’t want to make the appointment if it wasn’t okay. He didn’t say goodbye when we were done he just said “okay take your time” and left. And when I was checking out he rushed to leave again without saying goodbye or checking on me post massage. Again I want to make it clear I love this company, but at this point I can’t keep supporting this particular location.

I was blown away by the service I received from Liz. She was incredibly knowledgable and attentive to what I needed. I was so desperate to feel better and she recognized that and did everything she could to release the tension in my back and neck. She was kind and patient and explained what she was doing but also let me have my silence to ensure I could relax through it all. I will be back to see Liz in the future. I am incredibly thankful for what she did for me!

Relaxing experience with Elizabeth she found all the tight areas that needed attention during my full body massage. She’s an expert I would highly recommend her for a Light to medium massage, can’t wait to go back for a facial.

I went for a deep tissue massage. I had one before with someone else and it was more like a Swedish massage. Deandrea was the first time I had a real deep tissue massage. Beware! She does a REAL one which of you've had one it's not for the faint of heart LOL! But she'll accommodate if it's too hard or not. She was very pleasant.

My massage therapist was amazing. I slept bad and which left me with a strained muscle on my left shoulder blade. She did such an awesome job massaging my back and body. I felt really good when I left. I will be back.

Wow! I travel for business and hit different ME locations. Liz was amazing! Very attentive and super skilled at working out my trouble spots. Highly recommend some Liz time! The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great atmosphere with a more private waiting area in the massage area as opposed to some locations that have waiting in the front. Will be back to this location when I'm in the area.
