I called the manager to discuss arrangements at this location, but unfortunately, the interaction was quite negative. The manager was rude and impatient, and she even hung up on me. I feel it's necessary to speak with someone more senior to express my disappointment.

Let me be as open and objective as possible as i write this horrid review.. I bought my wife a gift card of $100 at the Richmond location for christmas, my wife was 2 months postpartum and thought she was in need of a relaxing massage to reset for the new year. My wife set an appointment at this location, had an amazing session according to her, and after, mentioned to the front desk she forgot her gift card and i sent her the picture of the gift card info. The front desk employee enters the card info and insisted the card only had $50, and at the same time forcefully pushed a member ship on my wife. Wife called me and asked if she should pay the difference and i said no and decided to call the Richmond location to confirm the balance which was in fact $100. I asked the Richmond location manager to call this location, while my wife was on the other line stressfully and patiently waiting on what was going on.. I asked to talk to this location employee who was trying to scam my wife and insisted to me that balance was $50 but with membership the total would drop.. i told her the Richmond location would call them then she asked for the card info again and finally gave it up and said she was given the wring number when my wife showed her the phone while she entered the info.. my wife being the genuine woman she is tipped anyway as it was the right thing to do.. I am still appalled at how this woman tried to scam my wife into a membership, but even more so how a relaxing massage erupted into a stressful situation right after the session.. My wife does not remember her name, but whoever you are lady, that was not the right approach to selling.. Can the info have been entered incorrectly? Possibly but given that she saw the phone and entered the info i don't believe so.. Is it possible she really saw $50 balance and the system corrected itself, not so given u called the other location to confirm.. Please stop scamming people into buying memberships, there are more ethical approaches to selling.

Massage was good. Did a couples massage with my wife. They tried selling us all kinds of stuff before the massage. After the massage we were very relaxed but they tried upselling us on a membership and wouldnt take no for an answer. They kept asking over and over until I finall said NO. Never going back. After a massage i wanna grab a water and walk out.

My wife attempted to cancel her membership for a month but received run around when trying to cancel it. She mad multiple calls and spoke to people at the front desk that they would send over the forms to cancel and never did. So she kept calling back and was advised a manager had to send it to her, the manager CHANTAL BROWN refused to call in a timely manner and when she did my wife was unable to answer as at work and when she would return calls the manager was never there or had left early. I had to call for my wife when she was at work and CHANTAL BROWN was rude and accusatory in the way she asked why she was canceling. Due to CHANTAL BROWNS lack of diligence with customer service we’ll now get another monthly charge. Do not sign up for a membership with them

I just had the best experience just now at Massage Envy Cinco Ranch! Sam checked me in - I’ve been here before but never met her. Sam is professional, proactive and super friendly - it felt like I’d known her for years! Matthew was there too - he’s checked me in before several times - he’s equally amazing by the way! I came in with a headache and other aches and pains - I had a stretch session booked with Hanna who I believe is new here. I am leaving feeling well cared for and about 2 inches taller. Thank you! My massuese was wonderful. Massage was great period however, my husband made my appointment ahead of time and I called and added a facial and was told that I was getting a facial and when my massage was over. I got nothing. so I don't know who made my appointment for my facial. But I was prepared for a facial and this was a birthday gift. Whatever

I had the sheer pleasure of receiving a 90 minute massage with cupping from Danielle. It was deep tissue, and she concentrated on my problem areas. I also added aromatherapy. I feel Fabulous!!!

Not impressed with the masseuse’s performance and professionalism. Facility was okay. The masseuse spent the whole hour and a half talking (which was about herself). Apparently she talks with her hands because she kept removing one or both of her hands from my body. Very disconcerting when trying to relax. In the middle of the session she left to use the restroom. Spent the rest of the session sniffing and wiping her nose from the lack one hand. Honestly felt like I got about 30 minutes of actual massage. The masseuse gets 1/2 star, the facility 1-1/2.

I’ve come here for many years, although the therapists change often the front desk staff is always great. As well as Jackie! She is the aesthetician at this location and she’s amazing!

1) 9 oclock appointment, told to show up 15 minute early. They didn't show until 930. Ruined our timing of bachelor events for the entire day. 2) attendant barely speaks English. How can we tell her what we want if she can't understand us. 3) place smells like raw sewage. I don't blame the person who was here. I blame management. This is my son's special day and Message Envy has got us off on a terrible start.

Dishonest, and they don’t know what they are doing at the front. The elephant of a woman at the front was very threatening when I was not told the correct information. Scared my 10 year old daughter. Shame on you! This was supposed to be a gift.

Don’t go to this location! Very disorganized, racist and unprofessional! They are not treating clients right especially if you’re not white!!!. That manager is the worst person I have encountered in my whole life! Terrible!! I just cancelled my membership with them !! Not worth it!!

Go somewhere else. This isn’t the one. Overall experience was bad. Massage was a lazy once over to fill the hour. Very little attention was given to obvious sore spots, and the massage as a whole was not what I was looking for. Afterwards, they hit me with signing up for contracts and memberships. It was aggressive and weirdly forceful to get me to sign up. On top of everything, they got my name wrong. Both first and last. Not worth your time, try somewhere else. Maybe another strip center.

The reason I give you one star is as follow: I told them this is my first time massage to see how much honest they are with their customer. I was going to buy an annual plan, but it was an awful experience. My appointment was at 7:45 pm but it started at 8: 10 pm.. I paid $125 for full body ( 1hour), but when she came, she adjusted her time on 45 min and she left and back 4 min later and she finished 5 minutes sooner for dress up, it means that I received only 35 min massage instead of 1 hour massage. she hardly spoke English and we didn't understand each other. She didn't massage my sole feet, finger, and hand finger. You know that how important is sole feet. also, she just spent less than 2 minutes on my head, I don't want to talk about the quality of the massage that it was terrible. it looked like you went there. Someone rubbed some oil on your body.

Buyer beware! I received a phone call on 1/2 telling me that they had to cancel my 1/4 appointment because my monthly payment did not go through. I told them I was just about to call because our card had been hacked and cancelled on 31st and I do not have replacement yet, HOWEVER, I have already paid for more than 30 services (massages) that I have not used and the cost of my 1/4 service should have already been covered. I was told by receptionist that in order for me to schedule another appointment I would have to provide another credit card, which would necessitate my reactivating another separate credit card from another bank we no longer use just to make an appointment for a service I've already paid for multiple times over. Once I provide them with another credit card, then, and only then, could I use up my credits that I have already paid for. WHAT? Apparently, they do not sell "massages" but your monthly subscription purchase is for their "wellness program." That means that you aren't actually purchasing massages but "services" or "credits" that can be redeemed for massage's, however, you can only use them IF you pre-pay a monthly membership service charge. EVEN IF you have already paid them every month of the year save for this one and have several hundreds of dollars worth of "credits" on file, you can't use them unless you've paid for another month in advance. I told them I wanted to cancel my account and be refunded he cost of the massages I did not use. They REFUSED, again because they don't sell massages, but charge a monthly cost for "wellness programs." So, I was given two choices: activate another credit card so they could charge me the month of January and then follow proper channels to terminate my account then I would have 60 days to use up any "credits" I have or cancel immediately and lose everything. These people are psychotic. I am definitely going to protest their practices through the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
