I called at 1:30 to cancel my 3:00 appointment. I left a voicemail, which they said they never received but it shows on my phone and it was a 2 minute call. Then they tell me I will be charged $125 for not showing up. Better communication is needed regarding the charge. My 1st and last time !!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. I purchased a Father's Day gift card ($160) for my spouse, who wanted to redeem it for a 90-minute massage as a walk-in client. However, he was informed that they only accept appointments and that he needed a card on file to schedule one, which he already had. Unfortunately, he forgot about the appointment because he didn’t receive any reminder call or text from them. Later, he noticed a $125 charge on his account for a no-show. When he inquired about it, he was told it was due to their no-call, no-show policy, which he was never made aware of when he booked the appointment. The lack of communication and reminders on their part feels manipulative and serves only to extort money from clients. Due to this experience, neither I nor anyone I know will consider visiting this place again. 0 stars if possible

Angie is a literal magician. I have had many massages before that were nice but never did I feel an immediate impulse to rebook with a specific masseuse (and actually start a membership) until I had my session with Angie. She is so sweet, funny, friendly and most importantly: a master at her craft. I can tell she not only loves what she does, but does it to 100%. Impressive and unique techniques were used that left me feeling like I was on a cloud. Cannot wait for my next session with her!

My go to person for facials has long been Su! She is phenomenal y’all!! I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed after any service you get with her, trust me!! For massages I have finally found my go to person, Victor!! He was so nice and wonderful!! 5 starts for both of these people! They are the best!

Never got a chance to experience their massages due to them not being able to schedule properly. I scheduled in advanced only to be called the day of a few hours before to be told they had double booked. It’s amazing that with all the technology we have today a company cannot ensure they are not double booked. Poor managerial skills, if you want a great massage and a professional experience head over to massage heights.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I called a week ahead of time to schedule a pre natal massage since you cannot book them on the app. I also got a confirmation call the day before my appointment where I confirmed. They called me a couple hours before my appointment saying there was a scheduling conflict and that my appointment was going to be cancelled. They only have select people to do pre natal massages so there was no one to move to. I was given no other options to rectify the situation. I had a sitter for this specific hour to get this massage. There was no explanation as to why the conflict happened. I CALLED and spoke to a LITERAL PERSON when booking so I am not quite sure how the conflict happened. Unacceptable.

I am having an issue with the account they set up for me. When I try to log in it says the account doesn’t exist and when I try to create a new one with the email it says it exists. To make appointments I have to call the locations to make sure they have the available times and it’s very annoying. The people at the store have not been able to figure it out. Making it very hard for me to book appointments. This is a waste of your time. I would say until they fix this don’t bother getting a membership here - especially not the cinco location they have been no help in getting this resolved for me.

After letting me login to portal a few times it now says it doesn't recognize my email. When it did let me login it wouldn't let me pay. When i try to cancel my membership they won't let me. This company is complete waste of time. Don't sign up for any thing with them!!

During the pandemic I received a email from Massage Envy, giving me an option to suspend my membership or continue with billing each month so the company won’t have to lay anyone off. So I let them bill my card each month. So now, I have 15 credits and I would like to transfer some to my wife. She really enjoyed the services they offer. This location says they can’t do it BUT other locations say they can do it. They just refuse too. I will have to transfer account services to the other location. This afternoon, I requested to have my account transferred to the other location and the manager at Spring Green denied my request. Left me no other option to cancel my membership. I contributed to keep my account active so the company can keep all of their workers employed but now I ask to transfer a few credits to my wife (whom also had an account during the pandemic) I get denied. Bad Customer Service.

My husband said this was a good place. Maria did his massage. One thing he said was that she was ok. So my advice is, Maria, continue to work on your craft:) The facility was clean, and employees were helpful

I had a 10 am facial on Saturday, and it was the best experience at a Massage Envy I’ve had. This clinic/spa is nicer than some of the other locations I have experienced and the team definitely was more reflective of a traditional spa. Sahira, Rolando and Flor all went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of in all aspects of my visit. I’ve already booked return appointments due to their professionalism and kindness. Flor gives an excellent facial, one of the best I’ve had!

I signed up for membership for 6 months. I tried to get them to freeze my account due to personal reasons and sent in the signed paperwork and they didn't do it. Then my membership ended back in October and they took out money the next month. Tried to get into contact with a manager several times. I will never ever sign up for a membership again.

I went in to purchase a gift card. I asked Vivian at the front desk how much was a basic massage, she said $125 but recommended I purchase a gc for $150. It would cover the massage, gratuity or other stuff and I would also get a promo card of $40 for me. I thanked her for the info and asked only for the $125 gc. Vivian took my info, only after all of that she then said oh and you also get a $20 promo card. She didn’t bother to tell me prior. She checked me out and handed me an envelope with the gc inside. I asked her for a receipt and she said “oh no that’s not a receipt machine”. I asked her to email me a receipt because I needed something in writing that the gc was valid. She was trying to figure out how to email it and someone else for help. The other lady told her she can just print it (??). I said please, if you could print it that would be great. Once she was shown how to do it, Vivian still asks me if I would like the receipt emailed, text or printed!!!! I kept my composure and told her to please print it!!!!!! Im not sure if she was in training but to not give a customer a receipt for a gift card or anything else is unacceptable.
