My husband and I both received massages recently and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, it was all wonderful!! The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The massage therapists were great and did everything they could to ensure that we were both enjoying and benefitting from our massages. We will definitely be returning!!

My husband gifted me a massage last Valentine’s Day 2023. I have called numerous times to schedule but have been unsuccessful. I’ve called and left messages for them to call me back with their availability but no one even returns my phone call. Terrible customer service. The Kingston Pike location in Knox. TN is the one that won’t even answer the phone or return my phone call.

I mainly joined massage envy to get monthly facials but the massages I’ve had have been amazing. The staff is so friendly, skilled and helpful and it is obvious by how happy and friendly everyone is that they enjoy their jobs and that management is top notch. I highly recommend ME at Cherokee for soothing, therapeutic massages and the facials are to die for. Love, love, love ME and I’m worth it! Thank you guys for all you do!!

I have been a member at this location for about 5 years. I drive about 45 mins each way to get there. I deal with chronic pain from an accident over 30 yrs ago. I highly recommend Massage Envy Cherokee Plaza. The front staff is always happy to help me with scheduling sessions and goes above and beyond in getting me the best experience possible. So if this is your first time or if you get massages weekly you can appreciate the staff here for listening to what you need most. I'm shocked at the quality of therapists they get and keep over the years. Most of these therapists could easily work at a5 star resort and spa. I feel blessed to have these therapists avsil to me at a membership price. I love them all dearly and its so hard to drop names but I think getting with the perfect therapist for you is half the battle. So I recommend using them all until you find the perfect match. I can't forget to mention, their facials and stretching sessions are worth trying out also! Thank you Jessie, Angie, James, Andrew, Stephen, Cheyenne, Ashley, and Kylie. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Massage Envy is a franchise, so each location is run by a different owner. I cannot recommend this location enough. The front desk staff are always so attentive, friendly and kind. Since I have been going there for years I have a favorite therapist that I book with. Even through my pregnancies, I was able to enjoy prenatal massages.Choose this location over the others for personalized service attentive to your massage therapy needs.

My experience at Massage Envy - Bearden, particularly with Shamus, has been nothing short of exceptional. From the welcoming atmosphere of the facility to the professionalism of the staff, every detail contributes to a sense of ease and comfort . I have been seeing Shamus for more than year now. He is a standout practitioner whose deep tissue massage techniques reveal and relieve tensions I wasn't even aware of. His intuitive approach, combined with a perfect blend of skill and genuine care, makes for a therapeutic experience that always exceeds my expectations. The way he identifies and works on problematic areas with precision is incredible.

I am feeling very frustrated with the business practices of this company. It is almost impossible to schedule an appointment as they do not have enough staff to support their clients. I have accumulated a lot of credits, so I decided to freeze my account. However, the only way to freeze my account and still use these credits is to pay a monthly fee. Moreover, the company no longer allows customers with frozen accounts to book appointments online. I would prefer to cancel my membership entirely, but this would mean losing out on hundreds of dollars in credits. I would appreciate a solution to this problem, but I doubt that the company will change its policies.

I had signed up for a plan years ago. I was not able to make the payments and instead of letting me get a massage at regular price, the policy is to charge me more, because the money paid for services not received was "expired". My cash expired? They don't pay the masseuse well an will take your money claiming your paid dollars are expired and no good. This is a predatory company.

90 min massage today! I had so much issues with northshore msg envy so I migrated to here for both facial and massage. What a difference it makes when it has a confident manager and good therapists work together. I'm thinking to rejoin. Thank you, Jessie for going out of way to accommodate me. As a long-time member, I prefer this location of all the options in Knoxville. I’ve received excellent customer service consistently over the last 10 years, and the services and providers are fantastic at their craft. The space is always clean, which is very important to me. The manager, Angie, is very responsive and quick to help if I’ve ever had any questions or needed help sharing my credits with friends. Highly recommend this location!

I love my therapist and really only have stayed with massage envy as long a i have because of her. Prices have increased twice in the last year and other rules have been implemented that make being a member not as attractive as it used to be.

My husband and I have been customers of Massage Envy for many years. I always give a wonderful review for our chosen masseuse. She is so very talented at what she does while keeping us physically comfortable in a tightly woven world. My reason for this particular review is for the manager, of which we have come to know as a professional and delightful person through the years. She has never failed to say hello with her kind smile making sure everything went well during our visit. Whenever we have had questions or comments through the years, she is quick to listen and slow to speak, showing her true desire to provide the utmost customer care. We can’t convey all that is wonderful about her in words. You will know her when you cross paths to be a person of great integrity with a gentle spirit to do the incredible job she does at Massage Envy, Bearden. We both appreciate her so very much.

There are only a handful of good massage therapists, and they’re great. But they only let you book one appointment a month, and half the time your appointment gets canceled the day before. So you either get stuck with a bad one or don’t get your massage - that you paid for - for the month. The front desk employee, Jessie, is EXTREMELY rude. I tried to speak with her about my frustration over the above situation and I can’t even describe the attitude. Zero willingness to work with me, apologize, or share an ounce of understanding over my concern. I said “so you’re not even going to apologize or say you understand?” She looked at me and slowly shook her head. And then she pointed to the managers business card. Supposed to come out of a massage relaxed, and I am anything but.
