I had a good masseuse, but the massage was very rushed. The actual duration of the massage was about 40 minutes... I was running a few minutes late so if the time is based on the appointment time, then it would still come out to be about 47-50 minutes. Which is still not the 60-minute massage as advertised... Highly disappointed in the quality of service, I will not be returning here.

Mackenzie Is the best masseuse at this location! She always applies the right amount of pressure. I feel so much better after my 60 min massage. She is the reason that I kept my subscription. I absolutely love her.

My husband booked me a 90-minute massage as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that my massage therapist was running late because she was feeling nauseous. This immediately made me uneasy, and after a few minutes, the receptionist shared some personal details about the therapist that I really didn’t need to know. I rarely get massages, and hearing that the therapist was unwell made the idea of going through with it very unappealing. When I expressed my concern to the receptionist and said I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue, she tried to change my mind. Eventually, I was taken back to the room. Once in the room, I told the therapist we could cut the session short, perhaps to 30 minutes, considering she wasn’t feeling well. However, she insisted that it would need to be at least an hour. Reluctantly, I agreed to the shortened session, but it still didn’t feel right knowing her condition. The actual massage was another disappointment. I had requested a focus on my lower back and neck, but she seemed to ignore that entirely, working all over my back and even down my arms until I had to correct her. As someone who went to massage therapy school, I know what a proper session should entail, and this fell far below expectations. Overall, it was an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I left feeling let down and disappointed, especially since this was a thoughtful gift meant to be relaxing and enjoyable.

I came in and was greeted immediately. The staff here is extremely friendly! Ester was my massage therapist and she gave me a true deep tissue massage that was amazing. I felt like she truly listened to me and was helpful in many ways! I highly suggest booking with her for a deep tissue.

HIGHLY upset with the outcome this morning. I did my due diligence to ensure that I had someone who could do a prenatal massage, waited a few extra weeks from my normal time to schedule and also made arrangement for my children to be watched so I could come in and get my massage to go in at 8:00 and find out by 8:06 that I could not get it done because I wasn’t 12 weeks pregnant yet. Apparently someone was supposed to call me and verify or tell me that and whoever called just made sure I would be there for my appointment and that’s it. I’m EXTREMELY frustrated. I did everything on my end correctly but because of someone else’s error I wasted time and money having a sitter and I pay for a month service with them. Upon leaving, I asked what they were going to do about it, and all I was given was the fact that someone named Shameka would be calling me at some point they weren’t exactly sure if she would be there or not but that is how the situation ended. Should this be rectified in a correct manner I will update the review, but until then this review will stand, also I am in the process of moving and will not be in this area much longer so my service needs to be transferred to a location nearby my new home

I cannot say enough about Mackenzie! I found her almost two years ago and I won’t book with anyone else. I live 35minutes away and drive to Lake Nona just to see her. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and has such an expertise in connecting with her clients. She takes her time to get to know you and ALWAYS remembers things you tell her- whether that’s service related or personal conversations. Mackenzie has the magic touch, I swear! She makes me feel comfortable, relaxed, and de-stressed. I always leave feeling refreshed and excited for the next session! Mackenzie is a gem- book with her, you won’t be disappointed!

Just came out of the lamest deep tissue massage ever with Kayla. I have had deep tissue massage in many other places where they will ask your pressure preference at the beginning and also during the session to make sure they apply the right pressure. Even after I mentioned that I need deep tissue with more pressure, I kept getting the lightest pressure. After the session she was suggesting me to go with a different therapist. Why would you charge me $70 if you can’t do the deep tissue massage which I mentioned time and again in the initial online request, before and during the massage. It is not acceptable to say that you can’t do it after the session.

I’ve made four appointments total and only one was kept. Continual day of cancellations. The first appointment I enjoyed and signed up for monthly membership. The following two appointments were cancelled so I cancelled my membership (and canceling that membership was awfully hard). I’d just use services as needed since I could not count on them adhere to a schedule. I made my fourth appointment and it was cancelled. I’m too busy to schedule my life around appointments that are constantly cancelled on me. Yet, I’m sure there’s a few if I were to cancel without proper notice. And I reached out to below link supplied so my issues could be addressed and SURPRISE, got zero response.

I’ve had a prenatal massage at a different spa and it was a much better experience where I didn’t have to leave my session still dealing with pregnancy pains. Scheduled a 60 minute prenatal massage with Lisa and I wouldn’t recommend. The massage didn’t start until 11:27 AM and ended at 11:58 AM, that’s not 60 mins. Left very disappointed and robbed of my money, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The massage didn’t really tackle my problem areas either. I’m pregnant I assumed they would be more a bit more precise and tackle my issues a bit better but that wasn’t the case in my instance. I’m still dealing with pregnancy pains post session. They wanted me to schedule a 90 minute massage and I don’t believe they would fulfill those 90 minutes. If they can’t fulfill 60 minutes of booked massage there’s no way anyone would get 90 minutes fulfilled for a full massage.

Very happy with my service here. Jessica has been fantastic for my facials and always tailors it to my skin needs. She carefully combines products and techniques to give me the best possible outcome. And I can't say enough good things about Jeniffer - great massages with a variety of pressure according to my needs and level of pain. I particularly appreciate her ability to combine stretching with targeted massage to focus on my current pain. I've been a Massage Envy customer for several years now, but was previously in a different market and was frequently unimpressed with the quality of massage. I was ready to cancel my membership when I moved, but I'm so glad I didn't and I am very happy to be able to be a Massage Envy Lake Nona customer now!!!

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for 14 years and usually get a 90 minute massage once or twice a. Month. Most of the therapist are great. Today kayla worked on me for 90 minutes and did an amazing job. I was really beat up, sore and tight and know i feel so relaxed and loose. I would recommend her for people who like firm to deep tissue massage. Thanks again.

Don't even wanna give 1 star. I make an appointment for my husband who have a sciatic never pain in his lower back they charge me without telling me that they have no show policy so stay away from these kind of un professional people. I loose my money i don't want that they rip some body else too so be careful before making an appointment. Very disappointed with there costumer service never gonna go back to these people.

I went to have a facial. Worst experience ever. I have been in several locations. First time that in a facial they cut your skin several times and the manager did not even apologize. They kept arguing and stating it is normal. Massages in the other hand are great. Never had an issue.

If I could I would give zero stars. Last minute cancelation of an appointment because the “massage therapist “ could not make it. This after calling to confirm the appointment day prior. But if it was the customer who has to cancel last minute there were a cancelation fee. Needless to say, will never go there. Just like you need a confirmation to account for your staff, customers might need to get childcare in order to meet the appointment time. Completely unprofessional!

Not worth it for your money they ask for your cards info at first place for making an appointment and then if you cancel or don’t show up they charge you the whole amount in mine case it was 70$.

Quise cancelar mi suscripcion. Primero me dijeron que tenia que hacerla en noviembre. Despues los primeros dias de diciembre, y tuve que ir presencialmente para que me dijeran que mi ulyimo pago iba a ser el 23 de diciembre. No se ponian de acuerdo con la fecha. No me dieron nada como comprobante de la baja del contrato, por lo que espero no tener problemas y que me sigan cobrando luego de diciembre.
