This is only for the location in Las Vegas about 20 minutes from the strip. I've had good experiences elsewhere. The massage was definitely shorter than the hour. I don't think it was even 50 minutes. I had requested 1 1/2 hour when I made the appt and that was my expectation. The massage therapist had no concern for me as a client and the personality of a turnip. Didn't ask about what I was feeling or needed.

I called this location today at 1:50 PM. They put me on hold and I waited for 15 minutes. No one picked up during that time to tell me to continue to hold. I just waited. Then I hung up and I called back, and they asked to put me on hold again. I said I had been waiting for 15 minutes and all I wanted was to find out if there was a masseuse available at 3 PM for 90 minutes. Instead of recognizing my frustration for waiting for 15 minutes, I was given a terse, snide, and nasty response, indicating that there was no one available. There wasn’t even any pause to check. This was a female that was working the desk at the time. Most of the time the people answering the phone phones are nice. This individual had no appreciation for a member that was paying for two accounts and the long wait time that I had to wait. No apology. No interest in my frustration. And no Customer Service skills whatsoever. I will be finding another Massage franchise that has staff that can properly speak to its members and that has more availability for massages. Every time I try to book a massage with massage envy, I have to call six or seven locations until I could find one that has availability to book my massage. The lack of availability and the poor customer service has proven to me that you do not staff your centers properly and you do not care about your customers’ needs.

Meghan was wonderful , I enjoyed the massage. Yet I will never go back for the way the business is run poorly. The place needs major upgrades. unfriendly ladies at the front desk with bad attitude. They don’t understand massage is a luxury service not a public service. People pay for positive experience, good treatment, and suitable atmosphere. This place sucks all around. Nasty people can’t force you to sell membership.

This place is decent. No frills. I’ve only been 3 times and I’ll keep going because I have a membership. There needs to be an upgrade to either the speakers or the whole sound system here. The relaxing spa music coming out of crackling speakers is counterproductive for a relaxing environment.

Loved my aesthetician Kanijah and I came back mainly because of her but Massage Envy as a company is extremely frustrating to deal with. They have a membership program where you get credits every month for basic level services. Once you sign up you have to remain a member for a whole year, can only go to one location to use the credits, and have to pay the remainder amount if you want to cancel early. On top of that after I paid for these credits for a whole year and eventually cancelled I had 60 days to use the credits. I was told when I cancelled I had 90 days and had 5 credits remaining by the time I booked my appointment within this 90 days. So now 5 credits have expired but I already paid for them!?!? Why would you take back credits I already paid for!?! It’s a rip off. Never again!

When the advertisers priced a $75 massage on the app then you arrive and have to pay $125 then denied the option to speak with management three times because they are not “talking to customers today” Worst front desk customer service I’ve ever had being bluntly told to have an overpriced massage

I booked myself a massage after an utterly brutal week at work. Today was my first time meeting Becky, and she completely surpassed my high expectations. I asked for a firm to deep massage pressure, and while I won't say it was comfortable during the process, I never expected it to be. Those knots were deep and ages in the making. I told her I'd let her know if it was too much for me, and she was conscientious in checking with me as to my comfort. I'm now at home melting into a puddle prior to taking a nap, and for the first time in many weeks, nothing hurts. I will definitely book her again. Effective massage and good conversation.

Want a great massage? I highly recommend Meagan at Massage Envy - Rock Springs. She really listened when we discussed my health concerns and requests for the therapeutic massage. I asked for a light pressure and that’s what I got. The results were perfect. I arrived at the salon barely able to stand up straight, and left with a spring in my step. I will definitely be going back!

Been a Member with this location for over 3 years and today they have lost 😠 my business. Alexis the so called manager I guess was very rude and not helpful at all. Usually a business that deals with customers and good customer service will try to accommodate their loyal customers but this is it for me and massage envy. I even had other people join and I was about to bring them more people but after what I experienced today they will be going to a real spa. I’m a firm believer in good service. Alexis showed me that she does not care about that, only about rules and money. So good luck to whoever joins, read the fine print! These are individual owned places so they can act however they please

I got a great service from a therapist at this location her name was Ondrell. I like that she recognized my tolerance for pressure and adjusted her technique based on my comfort without me having to ask. We all want a great experience and deserve great service. I recommend her if you needs some tension relief and she was able to male me feel comfortable. This business is not just hands on it helps when they can make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I have had an account with them for years. They are like franchised, so each 1 is a little different. This location, Rockside, I think, is by far the best! Always professional staff. Super clean and welcoming. They tailor every service to your specific needs. I feel like a super rich person when I step in the door because they make me feel that special to them. The couples room is amazing and so nice to have as most massage places do not have this option. I don't even live in Las Vegas anymore but when I visit town for a week. I get 3 services at this location only. Very worth the membership!!! Thank you for being a #1 top tier company and this store should be the example for all the rest!!

This chain (not singling out this location only) continues to go downhill. I’ve continued to randomly give it a chance over the years in hopes to get a decent provider but there no quality assurance and the experience keeps getting worse. I leave frustrated versus relaxed.

Zero star. I dont usually write negative reviews but this one is an exception. This is the biggest regret in my life for signing up for the membership at ME and wasted money. The massage really sucks, service sucks and they made it impossible to cancel. They always tell you that the manager will call but they never did. Booking a massage online was a nightmare, always full, and when i was able to book online, i was told that it wasnt on their system n they couldnt see the booking, they said bcs ii had duplicate profiles from years ago n they gona fix it and call me but they never did. On the day i cancelled, they still charge me for the membership that month. I will never do business with Massage Envy anywhere, ever.

Erin is a great masseuse. She did a great job. But the people in front didn't honor them price they told me on the phone of $70 for the 60 min and charged me $120 because im not a member and didn't want to become one. When their policy say if someone havent been there in the past 5 or 6 mouths, is like a first timer and the first time is $70

Great therapist here, but the office staff needs to get it together. I requested standing appointments and was told that my appointments were confirmed. On my appointment day, was told that all of my appointments were deleted. Not happy.
