Aaliyah LMT was AMAZING!! She was extremely in tune with my focus areas where I had a lot of knots, and she worked them out while making me feel relaxed! Her foot massage was THEE BEST I’ve ever had!! I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, and the front desk ladies are always so sweet and accommodating. Kristy Johnson is super sweet and personable, and everyone always makes me feel welcome. I’ve had massages by other ladies as well, and I always leave satisfied! Thank you massage envy, and a special thanks to Aaliyah and Kristy for being so kind!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a loyal customer at Massage Envy in Centennial for the past year, and I can confidently say that the talent and customer service here are nothing short of phenomenal! Recently, I called to book a massage, and to my pleasant surprise, the staff informed me that I had some extra credits available. They kindly suggested that I consider adding a facial to my appointment, ensuring that the schedule would work perfectly for me. I'm so glad I took their advice! Today, I experienced a facial with Misha, and it was absolutely amazing! Misha took the time to educate me about my skin, addressing any concerns I had and recommending products tailored to my needs. I appreciated her expertise and the personalized care she provided, which led me to purchase some of the recommended products. Following the facial, I had a 60-minute massage with Aaliyah, who is simply phenomenal! She has an incredible understanding of what my body needs and consistently delivers a top-notch experience. Each massage feels rejuvenating and effective, leaving me in a state of bliss every time. When it came time to check out, Rose was there to assist me, and she was just as wonderful. Her kindness and efficiency made the checkout process seamless, which is always appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a combination of skilled professionals and outstanding customer service. Honestly I'm a little disappointed in the management here and how an issue was "corrected". I had a 90 min massage, was brought back late. I went to the bathroom then sat for an additional 13ish min waiting to be called back. Was given a 60 min massage and then was told the only thing they could do was an enhancement when I wasn't pregnant. But an answer would definitely be available in 2 weeks at my next appointment. I called and asked if they could review footage of the times and get back to me, was promised a call. That didn't happen. Called back to cancel an appointment, and explained i was still waiting for a response. Was promised again a phone call back by THAT NIGHT if not then definitely the next day. Again, that didn't happen. I sent an email the night of service, and again, there was no response. At this point, the 20 minutes taken from this service is a theft of my time and money because a masseuse couldn't be bothered to check back after 2 minutes. Then, the 3 ignored attempts to resolve the issue are just disrespectful to the client. Your client should not be paying for your masseuse training. That is what they went to school for, that is what clinical hours are for, that is what orientation to the facility is for. I swore by this location for 3 years. Now they are barely worth the 2 stars unless they want to resolve the issue.

I was immediately greeted at the door by Rose and she was the sweetest. I was super nervous as this was my first massage, but she calmed all my nerves. Awesome staff! Awesome massage! I definitely would recommend this place to my friends. I can’t wait to come back!

Massage Therapy done by Eli is well worth the time and money… He is very in tune with the needs of your body and helps to relieve the tight muscles with expertise… you know you have had a great Massage when you feel like a noodle! Love coming to the North Durango location! Rob is one of my favorites, they are not locked in on a modality, but adjust the treatment every visit for what you need most. Rose and the other ladies up front always make everyone feel at home and valued.

Charles has been working on me for months and does a wonderful job. It's like there's little magnets in his fingers drawn to knots in my back. He is impeccable at finding them and great at helping them release. I was in a lot of pain yesterday and feel SO much better after a 90 minute session with Charles.

I absolutely love this Massage Envy location! Every visit is a pleasure, and the customer service here is truly top-notch. During my last visit, Rose greeted me at the front desk with such warmth and friendliness. She went out of her way to make sure I felt welcomed, and was very attentive and helpful with all of my needs while checking out and rebooking. Her positive attitude made my experience feel even more special. It’s so refreshing to visit a place where the staff truly cares about your experience. This location has such a fantastic team, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Would give zero stars. Waste of money in my opinion. I paid full price (if I did Groupon I wouldn't complain) but it just seemed entirely a waste of time and money. The woman Suzi did an okay job, her pressure was fine she didn't hurt me or anything I just don't understand what the point is of having the client fill out a form and then ask them after where you want to have focus on for that not to happen. I paid for sugar foot scrub which is probably my bad for not asking when exactly that entailed but it was just literally a minute max of a foot scrub/rub, they do more at nail salons when you get a pedicure. My husband paid for this as a mother's day gift even though we are extremely tight on money and I tipped her because it's rough in this economy but overall I'm extremely disappointed, I didn't have a nice experience, the table warmer was broken, and I left almost sad lol. Won't be returning to this location and definitely don't recommend coming here and paying full price. Other locations are better

I had an amazing 90-minute deep tissue massage with Courtney, using CBD lotion. Courtney's professionalism and skill were outstanding. She expertly eased my muscle tension, and the CBD lotion added a soothing, rejuvenating touch. The massage was personalized, with perfect pressure and a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend Courtney for a top-notch massage experience.

I had purchased my dad a massage for his birthday last week and upon picking him up he had informed us that it was probably one of the worst, most unprofessional establishments he had ever been to in his life. said he could hear laughing and talking in the waiting room and even again while he was ok the table getting his massage. Talk about relaxing. stay as far away from this place as you can and go to massage one instead. better management, better therapists, for a more reasonable price. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

If I could give this location 0 stars I would do so graciously. As not only a former customer, but a former employee, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an establishment like this one. The Front Desk Associates and Therapist can be great, but the cleanliness, culture, and simple respect for others is not there. They have been accused of stealing tips, falsifying information, and I was also physically assaulted by the Director of operations, Sarah. Upper management has no care or concern for clients or even employees. It’s unfortunate that in such a nice area, we have such a nasty location where you would think it’s a place you come to for the exact opposite of that. I definitely would not be spending my money here.
