I believe the lady who help me name was Yvonne but not sure as she didn’t identify herself. I thought the actual message was good but I couldn’t relax fully do to her phone kept vibrating every few seconds. My phone was off the message therapist phones should be off as well.

Michael is amazing! I'm from out of state but will request him when I'm back. And have already referred him! I have had issues with my shoulder. After my massage, it is the most range of motion I have felt in a couple years! He really knows how to fix what's ailing you. He is definitely an asset there.

Excellent massage today by Isaiah at Massage envy. I have been a member of Massage envy since 2005 and have tried numerous therapists throughout the ME franchise . My regular Therapist moved out of state and I have been searching for a new one for about nine months- so happy to have found Isaiah ! . He was knowledgeable , professional, and extremely effective !! I can recommend without any reservation !

I only wish that is actually a complete 60 min massage. I got there 15 min earlier, was the last one to be called from the quiet room, my massage started 8 minutes after 9:00 and ended 6 minutes before 10:00 is always been the case with you guys. Emmy was great but you need to give 60 minutes massage, we are paying for that.

Isaiah is an amazing therapist! He always gets the kinks out of my shoulders and back and checks for pressure levels and comfort throughout the massage. He is PHENOMENAL! He has been my therapist for years and I highly recommend 90 mins especially if you like deep tissue massage.

Massage envy is the best. Very professional and great services. I’ve been a happy customer for over 20 years at the South Rainbow location. I also like that you can go out of town and have familiarity and consistent services. I had an issue with my neck and my regular gal Emme was booked up. Tom had a last minute opening so I took it. It’s really hard to write this as I hate to leave reviews that are not 100% positive. I know we live in a time where tipping is “wanted” however, the massage I had was mediocre not deep pressure as I requested and I gave the Therapist cash after the service was completed. However, I believe the thing that bothers me the most is when I left to check out the first thing they asked me is “how much gratuity are you going to leave And will you be leaving it on the card ending in xxxx?” If you really think about it, they have my money upfront. Why not take the interest that you’re gaining on the money you’ve already received and tip out your employees… just food for thought. Being in the service industry myself I feel that the customer should offer and not be demanded to leave a gratuity.

Atsushi is my favorite therapist at Massage Envy. His technique is perfect and I especially like the “acupressure-type” therapy he incorporates. He is mindful throughout the massage and shows concern for my comfort during the session.

Chris is wonderful as always, very disappointed that there was no music or white noise to relax to. Never wouldn't have booked a 90 min appointment if I had known it was going to be awkward and silent. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I wish I would have been notified prior. I would have brought my own speaker and spa music. Ridiculous that I should even have to entertain that idea.
