Signed up for Massage Envy membership several years ago for convenience and consistent self-care. Promised unused massages would carry over and online scheduling would be easy. Both were false. Online scheduling never worked. Travel prevented me from using some months, resulting in unused credits. When my card was stolen, I was initially told I could use my credits. Then, the manager denied the appointment, claiming my membership wasn't 'in good standing' despite unused credits. They refused to use those prepaid credits to pay therapists. Tried to cancel, but they wouldn't let me use my accumulated credits. Essentially, they kept my money for services I never received. Avoid Massage Envy!

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. I recently got a massage from Felicia and it was excellent. She offered to use some techniques that I hadn’t had used before, different pressure points and stretching, she was very knowledgeable and professional.

Scam. Do not sign up. They keep your money and make it almost impossible to cancel. Subscription model is a complete failure and designed to screw over the consumer. Would not recommend. If you can get massages anywhere else, you should.

It has come to my attention that this establishment, which was once a haven of solace and relaxation for me, has recently been experiencing some challenges. Specifically, there have been several instances in recent months where the therapist has called in sick, resulting in last-minute cancellations. This has caused significant inconvenience, particularly considering that clients are required to confirm their appointments 24 hours in advance and are subject to a cancellation fee if they fail to do so. I kindly suggest that the establishment consider having an on-call therapist available to cover these unexpected absences, as our time is valuable and we schedule our appointments based on everyone's availability. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which could be improved to ensure a hygienic environment for both clients and staff. While I have no complaints about my current therapist, who performs their duties admirably, I believe these issues warrant your attention. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First and foremost when I made appointments for my husband and I we were asked the preference of who we wanted. My husband and I both like female therapist. When my husband got to his massage it was a male and they tried to tell me it wasn’t. My husband was waiting about 8 minutes. The person walked into the room and as already late. When the therapist left the room my husband walked out and left as he felt uncomfortable. I called right away I spoke to “the highest up owner” Kenzie or McKenzie something like this. She told me I was ignorant and that she couldn’t give me our credits for the day because he “walked out half way through the message” when the massage wasn’t started and they were late to walk in there. She literally told me that I was an interesting person in the most sarcastic way. She told me she didn’t have to give me any upper names nor the owners name because it isn’t my right and she is the highest up. She also said that she would not be giving us our credits. As this was a gift from my mother in law. I feel attacked and will be talking to a lawyer because we felt uncomfortable. This is a massage not just any service. We want who we want to massage us. Which is why we are asked. No one has called me back from customer service. And to top it off she hung up on me and said “I’m not helping you and you’re not getting your credit” Regardless of the reason if a customer doesn’t feel comfortable with. A massage therapist it is our right to ask for who we want.

Josephine gave me the best massage I’ve ever received!! She was so professional, made me feel comfortable and listened to what I needed. I had a bad back pain and she got rid of all the tension in my back and I feel much better. Cannot say enough good things about the experience! I wish I had known about some of the add on options ahead of time but that was mostly because I didn’t do any research.

Let me first start by saying, that most Massage Envy’s in-store management and front desk staff that I’ve visited in the valley are all a bit off if you’re expecting great customer service. Especially living in Vegas and having experienced real customer service at 4 or 5 star hotels spas, you are NOT going to get customer service like that at a Massage Envy. This place tries, they usually have at least one decent front desk person that won’t ruin your day. You can tell that one person has worked somewhere else and brought their customer service skills with them because they weren’t trained in that area by a Massage Envy. I’ve had some experiences with front desk at this location that I won’t go into here. Let’s just say the only reason I go back is for the therapist, 2 to be exact. I honestly think they learned their customer service innately or they brought it with them from previous jobs or even their massage school. As far as facial treatments, this place is good for a quick cleaning when you can’t make it to a real spa. I would not however, recommend an advanced treatment, you will be disappointed. I usually get a regular facial, where you get undressed, the heat on the bed is turned on, your face gets steamed, you get a little massage on your arms, hands and shoulders. Well the advanced facial where you pay double, you get NONE of that. The therapist doesn’t leave the room because you’re just going to lay on the bed in your clothes, no sheet out over you and the rooms are always cold, there is no steam on your face so you don’t even feel like what they are about to do is going to penetrate, no light massage, no lights turned down, just the treatment you paid for and that’s it. It honestly felt like why would I pay double for this and all of the reasons you go to a “spa” is for the extra level of comfort. When you ask the aesthetician, they agree with you, but say that it’s Massage Envy’s way of doing things. I did not leave satisfied because the treatment didn’t feel like an experience. I have a small facial steamer at home, I could have bought a bottle of exfoliater with microdermabrasion beads and stayed in the comfort of my home and saved $115. What a waste of time and money. Why would you take away amenities with the advanced services, if anything a person is paying more and should receive more. As long I live, I will NEVER get an advanced facial treatment at a massage envy. Their so-called protocols don’t make sense, and lets you know they did not train with the top of the line spas in the country, and it shows. If I wasn’t fond of 2 of the therapist here, that experience plus some of the front desk experiences would have made me leave ME as a customer at this point. Do better!

MacKenzie is not only the manager but the "highest in the company". She was unwilling to review my account and experience thoroughly and yet completely defensive of tech who called at the start of my appt that she was not going to make it. Horrible customer service and no attempt at service recovery. No opportunity to escalate to upper management because according to her, the owners have entrusted her with the entire business with no leader above her. Just a single mom who attempted to book a moment for myself. Never attempting here again since this is the service level acceptable to this business.

Massage envy is greedy, I paid my $70 for last month and scheduled an appointment for today but because my payment that was due today didn’t go through they did not allow me to get my massage so basically they won’t give me my credit that I paid $70 for until they get $140 from me but had I been able to schedule it for yesterday they would have let me in seriously stupid

This location is terrible and their manager McKenzie wants to charge people for whatever she can and their customer service is TERRIBLE. They won't give out the corporate number.

Was booked w Josephine after having the same therapist for over 5 years I found her by pure luck. Very in tune knows trigger points, muscles , stretching, uses breathing techniques very wholistic approach to a massage. She is so GOOD! so nice to have someone listen and pay attention to your “trouble spots” Thanks !

I haven't had a massage in years. This was a fantastic experience, both the massage and the facial. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely book another appointment next time I'm in town!

Leslie is absolutely wonderful and the only reason I continue my membership at this location. Your tipping procedures bother me. I always leave a tip and don’t like or need to be asked or pressured into leaving one. It's not something I have to do. I willingly do it because of the good service she offers. The young lady at the check out needs to be less aggressive in pursuing the matter.

They have a a sign on the door and it says walk in they do not take walk in and they will charge you for an appointment later as a walk in. Bad customer service do not go there you will be let down and waste your time
