Still no response about my membership cancellation. This store has the worst customer service of any massage envy. Monthly charges are still every month though. 🤦

Cancelled my appointment and the text arrived at 10:40 am. Appointment at 11:15. They can cancel on you anytime but I’m locked in to 12 months because I didn’t read the contract.

Fantastic time, first with Donny then Holly. Great people and wonderful to talk to. The massage was so relaxing and I very much appreciated the getting to know me before the massage, specifying where my general pain is located. So they know where to focus. Highly recommend the monthly plan, with the perks and the monthly massage is well worth the random one time appointments that become expensive. So the monthly helps you prepare and look forward to a session. *edit I moved and called to cancel membership, they told me I can't cancel until I've paid 6 months worth then I can cancel. I had to move and don't want to pay anymore and apparently I don't have a choice in wanting to cancel. Outrageous. I loved the service but this membership scam! What a load. I'm so upset. Take my 80$ and tell me it's non refundable after you all have records of me calling for weeks wanting to cancel. Yeah, highly Don't recommend the plan. **edit 2. My bank had to refund me. After speaking to a few different employees about the cancelation policy, not knowing and not mentioning during the mention of the subscription. No one will read the fine print as they're signing up. While in a different state after my move, I had to be mailed a cancelation form and provide a change of address, which I did. And a month and a half later, today, I get a call about my "continued" subscription. I speak with a manager and find out my form and proof of address hasn't even been submitted. At least you have my number on the books to call me. Don't worry we'll get it canceled. Regardless of this cancelation bs, I love the services. People need to know when signing up. If my bank hadn't refunded me this would be more serious.

My wife and I have been to this Massage Envy location a couple of times. The service is outstanding and our massage therapists were excellent both times. The location is very well-maintained and comfortable. We will definitely be going back when visiting family in Lexington. Recommend checking maps closely to see the location and where best to park.

Both Laurel and Emily are amazing massage therapists for medium/light pressure, would recommend all day long! The sweetest ladies, and have truly helped my neck and back feel a million times better.

I had one of the most enjoyable experiences yesterday at Massage Envy Nicholasville rd! Malia is so professional. My facial session with her was fantastic! Also the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The place is very clean and relaxing too.

Lacey is excellent. She listens to my massage needs, explains what she can do to address my sore muscles. She provides suggestions to relieve the tightness. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Lacey has a friendly and warm personality, which adds to my massage experience.

Mike does a professional and personalized massage. I’ve been recovering from recent TKR surgery, he did a phenomenal job adjusting to my unique needs to provide an incredible massage.

Sara was new to me, but she was great. She said she was light to medium pressure, but was able to put a little firmness into my massage. I left feeling relaxed amd muscles feeling loose.

Sherry is the absolute best! She is always client focused! The only complaint I have is with ME itself, can you please just have restroom? Why does it need to say all gender bathroom??? I just think you are trying to be too woke and in the process will loose long standing customers such as myself. Seriously restroom covers it all!!!
