They are so easy to deal with here, I can call the day before and get a massage booked and they’re all very professional! My only complaint is about me! I need to make time to go more often!

Terrible Experience and Unprofessional Service at Massage Envy I had a very disappointing experience at Massage Envy. When updating my medical history, Gena, the massage therapist, held the tablet, rushed through the questions, and only asked if there were any changes. I hadn’t had issues with past therapists, so I mentioned no changes, not realizing my pregnancy would become a problem. Once it came up, Gena informed me they didn’t have a certified therapist to accommodate pregnancy and then accused me of "lying on my medical history." This was especially frustrating, given her unprofessional approach to handling the update process. She even suggested I wait outside while I was in the waiting room, which felt rude and unwelcoming. The company also feels extremely sales-oriented. The "welcome coupons" I received at signup weren’t worth much. The “additional aroma” is just a drop of liquid, and the extra massage time can’t even be applied until you’ve been a member for a long time. Their “Rapid Tension Relief” massage is a joke – just a massage gun pressing against you, with no real care or technique involved. Between inconsistent policies, poor customer service, and Gena’s unprofessionalism, this was a sickening experience. I’d rather waste my $240 in credits than return to this place to use them. Not worth the money, and I definitely won’t be back.

I had Mariah today because my usual massage therapist was out sick today. Mariah was good, her pressure was lighter than I prefer but she tried to accommodate in every way she could.

Jessica W is an amazing, intuitive massage therapist who just knows how to hone in on spots that need extra attention. I would recommend time with her for anyone needing help with specific pain relief or pain management!

Just had an amazing massage from Joshua at Massage Envy in Hamburg in Lexington! He listened intently to my concern areas (which there are many (unfortunately) and addressed my problem areas. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever received! I will be re-scheduling with him from now on! He is truely a student of “pain relief”……. I highly recommend 💯! Thank you Joshua!

Lesley is an amazing massage therapist! Not only is she skilled, but she is very in tune to the client’s needs, and has a special gift for finding areas that need work. I always feel comfortable, accepted, and not judged with Lesley. She has the ability to engage in conversation or allow you to relax in silence, and seems to know which is appropriate at any given time. I highly recommend Lesley, she become a regular part of my core self-care routine. :-)
