I usually don’t give bad review but it was my first time experience last week on January 31. The massage was one hour and it wasn’t really to exited about. They just press their two thumb on your back and neck. The hand massage wasn’t really feel anything. When the service was done, I was told to be sitting and they will go over the thing with me, but they didn’t ask me if I wanted to be a membership in the first place. They walk over with the iPad and ask if my name , phone number, etc info was correct. Note:I think the girl was new and training. The last min on iPad was asking for my card info for 12month membership. I didn’t wanna say no after all the things she was asking and saying. I didn’t wanna get her in trouble. So I go ahead and give her my car info and I told myself that I will call back within in that one week to cancel it. I call back on Feb3 and was told that they really can’t cancel it because I sign up for 12month. And that the manager will call me back. The job presentation they should have asked Customer if they want to buy membership before walking through their service on IPad. Instead of having a customer sit down walk through the iPad, make them feel like they needed to be Applying for it after the walk-through iPad. Again, I usually don’t give bad review and I always tip good If is bad or good service.

I highly recommend the LED light therapy. I’m on day two since I used it and my back is still pain free. It is now one of my new favorite treatments. Also, I can’t say enough good things about Morgan. She was warm and welcoming. She took the time to answer all our questions as we just became new members at Massage Envy.

I absolutely love my therapist. Amber is awesome. She listens to your needs and concerns and addresses those areas accordingly. She knows the exact amount of pressure to apply to each area. She’s professional, polite, and friendly. So relaxing I slept through half my session.

Dwayne from Middletown Massage Envy did a wonderful job with easing the tension in my neck and shoulders. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the pressure applied was absolutely amazing. I slept like a baby when i got home.

I had an awesome experience with Madison and the front desk clerk. My face just seemed to be dry and dull appearing no matter what I did. I had a facial scheduled so I explained this upon my arrival to Message Envy. The clerk began doing some research and collaborated with Madison and she recommended a chemical peel. I was very skeptical because I had a neighbor that had a bad experience elsewhere. Madison reassured me this peel was very different. She selected a peel for my skin type and when I left my face was glowing. I could immediately tell my face was hydrated and much healthier. Thanks Team!

This is by far the worst massage I’ve ever had… saying it was terrible would be an understatement. Im not the one to leave bad reviews usually but this was that bad. I booked an hour full body relaxation massage. The masseuse did not massage my legs & feet at all (it was clarified 3 times that it was a FULL body). She talked & coughed the entire time. (I don’t mean just a slight cough I mean actual sick, I can hear the mucus when she coughs). My back was massaged for over 30 minutes of the appointment & it did don’t feel good. It just felt like pinching & scratching. When I finally flipped to laying on my back, she was breathing in my face. It seems to me like she was pushing against pressure points which is fine but not when you’re holding the same position for over 5 minutes at a time… There are a lot of other things I could list off, but won’t. I don’t want to name the person because she was a sweet lady but make sure you book with someone you KNOW is creditable and going to do a good job.

Just what I was needing! Dwayne offers 90 minute massages AND deep pressure. This is not something every therapist is capable of or willing to do, so those opportunities can be hard to find. Dwayne was able to release tension in areas that I have been struggling with for weeks. Can't wait to go back for additional massages!

After a 20 hour drive from New Mexico to Kentucky my entire body was sore and stiff. James did an excellent job working out the soreness and stiffness. I was totally relaxed when I left.

Recently went for a full body massage and loved every minute of it! Danielle is one of the best masseuse and is worth booking an appointment with. She will have you so relaxed you will feel like you are levitating when you leave.
