This place is beyond amazing! From the moment you walk into the door you feel welcomed by the front desk staff. I personally want to give a huge shout out to the masseuse Adam! He is absolutely incredible! He makes you feel comfortable the entire time and goes above and beyond! This man deserves a raise! If you want a top quality massage book him! 100/10 highly recommended!

First time getting a professional massage, i was a little nervous but sarah beth was AMAZING. i felt like a brand new person when i walked out. Definitely recommend seeing her. very thankful for such a pleasant first experience.

This is a great location. I have been going here for about 2.5 years and been a member since then. Everyone I have ever talked to, over the phone or in person, has been super nice. They are always, always helpful. Recently I had to put my membership on hold, due to a health issue. They were super understanding. It’s for this reason that I’ll be keeping my membership for a while. The prices are really fair and they have many great masseuses. I LOVE that I can book appointments online and you can make them weeks in advance. My favorites are: Holly, Myia, Christy, and Mandi. They are all super attentive and their massages are just amazing. They really care about you and making sure you feel relaxed and the pressure is good throughout the session. All this said, I would recommend to avoid Renee and Sally. I have booked at least 3 times with Renee and the appointment was canceled last-minute every single time (which I don’t blame Massage Envy for btw). I have booked just once with Sally and she did not show up until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Overall, I highly recommend Massage Envy and this location!

I don't do this at all but I came in here happy and left annoyed. As soon as I open the door "Liz" did not greet me or made me feel welcomed. She instantly asked what I needed. When I told her I was just buying a gift card, she sighed with relief. I had to hear about her busy day. When taking my info she was constantly talking to another coworker and wasn't giving me her full attention. She constantly asked the same questions twice! I handed her my form of payment in her HAND and she rudely just threw my card on the counter. I was happy to just get out of there !!!

Today I visited Massage Envy for the first time and I am very happy with the results. My therapist was Melissa and she was really professional and communicative. I will definitely return.

I have never experienced anything negative. The facials and massages are wonderful. If you go to Massage Envy they will take care of your needs. If you want a certain massage or a facial therapist you can request that person if available on that day or you can go on line and see if the therapist is available. The on line is so easy to use. I recommend Massage Envy for their beauty products, a massage or facial. They don’t try to sell you anything, you pick what you want and in one day if available you can make a reservation for a massage and facial. It’s very clean facilities and very comfortable.

The ONLY reason this is place is getting any stars is because of my massage therapist, Holly. I had been with her for years and followed her to this place. Big mistake! I got charged for an appointment they canceled. After multiple phone calls with them where at one point a person told me on the phone that they had multiple people get charged for things when they shouldn't have. Yet, they did not offer any refunds and stated I should file a claim with my bank who denied my claims because I did not have any physical evidence of what occurred. I submitted to cancel my membership back in July and was told it would take 20 days to process so imagine my surprise and frustration to see a charge on my card this morning from Massage Envy. Based off other reviews for this location and others, it looks like I am not the only one with this issue. I tried calling to speak to a manager and was informed one would not be in until 2pm. So, I have written to corporate stating that if this issue is not resolved I will be taking legal action. The business practices of this place are completely unethical.

Luis is the absolute best!! He is very kind and knows exactly what he is doing. I left my appointment and immediately made an appointment fir my wife and will definitely refer Luis to everyone I know.

This place is a joke ! They will charge you membership and if you have few credits and freeze your account they will charge you $21 a month because they have to make money is the words the front desk used to tell me why I keep having charges on my account ! Management needs 10 days to call back .

I have been a member of Massage Envy for 9 years and my experience has always been very pleasant. Eric has been my massage therapist for most of that time and I stay with him because he is an excellent therapist and a fine person.

I have been a member for several years. Within the past few months, I had 5 massage appointments canceled. Twice I received the call as I was on my way to the appointment. The other cancelations were also done the day of the appointment. I asked to cancel my membership after the 4th cancelation. When I checked if the cancelation had gone through, I was told that it was not on file and I had to fill out the paperwork again. I asked to please be refunded for the remaining credits because I could not continue to arrange my schedule around appointments that repeatedly get canceled. I was told this was not possible. I was not offered any sort of reimbursement or complimentary service for my wasted time and frustration. I had to use my credits within 60 days. I made an appointment for a massage and completely forgot about it due to a family situation. After ME canceling 5 appointments, I would think they could forgive my one time of not being able to keep my appointment. They still used my credit. It seems extremely hypocritical that ME canceled on me repeatedly but won't allow me to use my credit because I missed one appointment.

I have the worst experience in this place, there was an old lady her name was Sally , she screamed at me because I put my purse on the wrong place and she took my purse with angry attitude I was shaking , also she start doing massage and looks like she didn’t know either, I told her I need bathroom, because I was not comfortable anymore I was scared from her , after I stand I run outside with only my blazer on it and just wanted to go as fast as I can. 0 star horrible experience 😞😞

The massage therapists I saw here were great: Melissa, Amanda, and Charita. But they won't cancel my membership. I filled out the form and submitted it as instructed. Every time I call I get told a different story. At this point I am consulting with an attorney because of the differing things I have been told. Go anywhere else.

This was my first experience at massage envy, I booked an appointment with Sarah Beth, and she is so talented!!! She was so nice, and I have never felt so relaxed I can't wait to book another appointment with her.

I came with a friend and she didn’t get to have a massage and had to wait for me to get done. The only good thing about my experience at this location was my massage and my massage therapist, Melissa. Shout out to her! On the other hand, there’s no management or empathy for staff shortages. The therapist my friend was scheduled with was a no call no show. His name is Mike. You would think the staff would ask if we both wanted to reschedule because we RODE TOGETHER and they knew that. So her time was wasted. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion.

I had the BEST massage of my life by Eric, he was fantastic! He listened to my areas I told him to focus on, he provided the right amount of pressure and continued to focus his attention on my areas of tightness that desperately needed relief!!!! I’m looking forward to my next massage already and I just left!!!

I made an appointment for an hour massage. When I showed up to my appointment I was taken back to the waiting room. I continued to waiting for a while. Finally someone came back and told me they couldn’t find my massage therapist and they were not answering their phone. I am beyond frustrated. All they did to fix the issue was give me credit on my account to come back. The employee, Mike, who was a no call no show should be fired! I have been through so much this year including the very recent death of a parent and was really looking forward to this. Seriously beyond frustrated and just want to cry right now. I’ll never be returning.

Nicole has a terrible attitude and is very rude to clients. Do not recommend her as a therapist. She is rough and does not take pride in her work. Everyone else has been great.

Nicole was phenomenal. I have a shoulder that needs deep tissue work and causes me pain daily. She also worked on my lower back, as I struggle to sleep through the pain. She is now a mainstay in my routine.
