My husband had purchased me a gift card for a 1hour Massage ,(I was so excited ! ,)for my spooky basket for Halloween , I'm not much of a bit of a picky person , but when we called the lady told us the only person that was available was a man and asked was that okay I should've known then.... I've been massaged by plenty of men before so I just expected him to do a good job, Well, when I got there after sitting in the waiting room The older white gentleman Comes And gets me approximately 4:07 PM mind you my appointment was at 4 PM. They told me to be 15 minutes earlier because I had paperwork for me to do now mind you it was literally two or three clicks on an iPad only took 2 minutes. I had arrived at 3:45 exactly on the dot! The older gentleman was talking about my massage that I wanted when I had already told the receptionist what I want in key areas !! and I just basically told him my neck and my feet and my hands and that was it so he goes out I literally don't have anything on but shorts and a hoodie no socks no nothing but slides so it didn't take me long to slide my stuff off, me thinking that the time doesn't start until the massage does I'm on the table waiting for at least 2 minutes, So now it's approximately for 4: 11 or 4:12 was the last time I checked I had been sitting there at least two minutes so approximately about 4:14. He started my massage. It started out OK, but it was basically him pushing and pushing into my bones. I've had massages before and they don't do it that rough I I kind of glitched back so he could see that it hurt then I aslo Spoke up as well to the older white gentleman He told me that that's good that I spoke up. Well then he continued to doing it , on my back I'm here for a massage, not getting my bones cracked pressed and pushing and rolling with your elbows not to mention his arms or hands was not freshly shaved but I could tell he does shave them , when they are shaved and grown out it felt like prickles all over my body I don't know about any of the other massage therapist there, but I absolutely do not recommend him. He's very nice and sweet awsome person . It's just his work was not good at all.!!!!!!!!!! As well as that I got Cheated out of in about 14 minutes so 19.74 cent of time that I did not receive ! Mind yall he stopped at 5pm on the dot !! Absolutely get recommendations b4 booking here ! My experience was horrible I didn't even leave a tip !!

I was a member for a year. It took me several months to find Someone who could give a great massage, and as soon as I did she left. After that, it was very mediocre. Not to mention the fact that They wouldn’t give me credit for my last massage because I had transferred it to my daughter and they said they couldn’t transfer it back. The manager At this location was very rude.

Excellent massage by Jonathan - he released the pain in my shoulders and neck that had been a long standing problem. Professional and courteous, will be booking again!

Patricia is my favorite massage therapist. She does an excellent job!! 😊 Cheryl was awesome! Next time I’ll get 90 minutes:)) Tomeka was amazing. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! I’ve already booked her again!!🤩 Allison was amazing! I have another appointment next week! Definitely 5 stars!! Allison was amazing as always!! Great massage!!! Great massage with Tomeka! 5 stars! Had a 2:30 appt, arrived at 2:15 to sign some documents which only took a few minutes then sat in what I believe they refer to as their zen room to wait. The massage therapist took me back to the room at 2:36, which is fine since I assumed the 6 minutes would be added on to the end of the 60 minute session to make up for the time lost but nope they wrapped up right at 3:29. I don’t think the service itself was performed well either.

Jeremy was awesome. The front staff made the experience 1 star. I received less than a 40 massage due to front staff not telling Jeremy I had arrived. No apology! Charged me $75.00.

I am rating my experience very low, not because of the facial I received here but because of the treatment by the people at the front desk. The girls working the front desk were unengaged, unhelpful, probably actually just unkind. This is very unfortunate because they are the “face” of the business. They are the ones to receive customers and make the first interactions with them. If your frontline people are that bad, they are going to be offputting to customers, and your business is going to suffer. As it did for me as a future customer. There is a real disconnect at message envy between the front desk people and the people actually rendering the services, which is too bad because the messages, etc are good—but not worth the painful interaction with the front desk people. I won’t be using message envy again. I hope you guys can improve upon your business, at least for the sake of you message therapists and aestheticians.

My visit at Massage Envy was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left, everyone provided excellent customer service. Rick provided a perfect massage and concentrated on the areas I requested. And the front desk staff were very personable and professional. I will return!

The facial and treatment was great, no problems there - Diane wonderful. Very disappointing in the price. I booked via website and it very much looked as though a 90 min facial would be $113. It was $188!!!! The explanation I was given was, "that's if it's your first visit". Also, facial began at 10:36 and ended at 11:53. Not 90 min. I was going to purchase a few gift cards but decided not to.
