Aside from them being short staffed on therapists which makes booking on short notice tough; The therapists on whole have been good. We’ve been going for about 6 months, I’ve still not found my forever therapist but I aim to keep trying! 18 months later… Update to five: I’m in a routine now and they seem to be better staffed now. I can book my regular appointments months in advance. Booking ahead creates space in my life for self-care. I almost always book 90 minute sessions because 60 just isn’t enough. Super worth it!

Went here last minute as I could not get in with my normal massage therapist (not here ) sooner than several weeks . I Was having severe headaches from neck and shoulder pain. I was booked with Stacy next day and my goodness was she amazing!!!! I have NEVER had a massage this good. She was so thorough in her massage and explained things to me before and after . Very kind woman ! I don't plan on going anywhere else ! I ended up signing up for the membership as this will be my go to every month now , not just occasionally. Isaac upfront explained every and was absolutely wonderful as well.

Scheduled a 10:15 , arrived and was told the appointment was at 9:15. Not so. My Daughter is a stage 4 cancer patient that struggled to even arrive this morning. I couldn't have gotten her there at 9:15 due to other commitments. Their mistake. No pain relief for my daughter. We won't go back. It took reception 3 attempts to punch in her phone # to check her appointment. So, maybe there's the issue

Bought a gift card for my wife for Mothers' Day. When she called to set up an appointment, she was told that she could not. The reason stated was that they were only booking appointments for members and would not be looking to add members until "at least August and maybe even later." This is not posted or said anywhere on the website. When she asked for a refund for the gift card, that we can't use, my wife was told they do not do refunds. After talking to corporate, they are shifting blame back to this individual franchise. I have never had a worse customer service experience. I never review business, but this experience was so bad that I felt the need to voice it and possibly save others from wasting the money. If they are not a member, do not buy someone a gift card to this store. You will be out the money and literally no one in the company will provide any solutions or reasons why these practices aren't clearly stated. They will however refer you back to where the website says gift cards are non-refundable. If you ask them where it states they will not book services for non-members, they can't really find that on their website.

I had a total body stretch. First one. Paul was great. I have had a message here before which was great. But then, a massage is always great. Very friendly people. I highly recommend it.

My husband got me a gift card for my birthday in late June they were pretty booked up so I had my appointment today in early August. I'll say it was worth the wait!!!! Everyone was so kind and sweet and listened to my concerns. Such a wonderful experience! Thank you to Jennifer my therapist, as well as the front desk staff for providing excellent customer service.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The massage is 50 minutes and there is five minutes on each side for dressing.

I had a back facial for the first time and it was amazing! Nicki did a fantastic job, I really enjoyed it. The experience was so relaxing and peaceful, a whole hour of me time dedicated to peace & wellness. Everyone needs this experience, the ultimate stress relief....and OMG, the heating pad under the blanket was the best feeling!! They use a product line called Obagi that seems to work very well. The staff greeted me with a positive vibe and were great throughout. I feel the price point was good considering the experience and service provided. I love the decor of the waiting area. I definitely recommend Massage Envy.

My Wife and I had our first experience with Massage Envy today , it couldn't have went better. I had an amazing massage with Kendra, and my Wife had a facial with Jessica. Both were outstanding and informative. Literally the best massage I've ever had and my Wife Loved her facial. We loved It so much we got a membership, we can't wait to go back. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.
