On 12/26 I booked a couples massage at the location in midtown. I was hesitant to book here just because I had previously enjoyed the experience at the Collerville location. Well, I booked anyway because of the availability. I received several calls and texts to confirm. I even got a text message the day of the service before the appointment asking me to rate my experience. So I called, and said that I had gotten this message and wanted to confirm my appointment for this afternoon. She confirmed. Just to call back 1hr later saying she had to cancel my husband’s session because the person had called in. What an inconvenience! I should have went with my first mind and not booked at midtown! Just wasn’t a pleasant experience from the time I booked to now. Just customer service all over the place. This was our couples massage to celebrate our 1st year anniversary of marriage.

This was my first visit to massage envy in Midtown Memphis! Let me tell you- wonderful experience. From the gal at the front desk to my massage therapist Shenika!!! I even signed up for the membership, it’s really a good deal if you get massages regularly. But it wasn’t high pressure to do it, which I thought was even more great! My massage therapist name was David and I had a great experience. His persona was so refreshing and nice. We had a great chat about life and it was very welcomed. His massage was out of this world! I will be back for sure.
