I was treated to a massage here and I must say from the minute I walked in to the reception area the staffs welcoming was genuine. Hercilia gave my body a well needed massage and I look forward to future visits. Upon exiting Sabrina was very attentive and caring, explaining the benefits of future visits. I must say I’ve visited another location in the past and East Kendall will be my choice for future visits.

The massage service is good for the price. What it’s no good and disrespectful, it's how the company manage to get withdrawn you bank account no matters what. I paid the services contract for six month and I asked them to put an hold in my account to decide if I want to continue the services or not back in November, I finished the 6 month contract with two more sections pending to be used. I make to appointments that day one for December and another one for January. At the time I came back on December I signed the cancellation paper and they told me that the manager wasn’t available to sign the form and that they will call me to confirm. I couldn’t talk to anyone until my January appointment arrived and I wanted to make sure they cancel the contract. That day I couldn’t cancel either but they told me to send a text message with the request. Which I did Jan 7. At the same time I couldn’t do my last massage because the staff person wasn’t there and I couldn’t reschedule my appointment because my account was frozen and that I need to reactivate it before making the appointment. Finally I spoke to the manager and they removed the frozen to make my las appointment. On January 13th , I got another charge in my bank account which I requested to be canceled since December. The manager said that they will always charge the bank account when it’s frozen even though I requested the cancellation a lot of time ahead. So please be careful getting enroll in this company.

I enjoy all of the services here provided by all the staff members. My skin health has improved a-lot thanks to the estheticians I have used thus far (Adriana and Rosana). Isabel and Zulema are awesome massage therapists as well.

My massage therapist, Herci, is amazing!!!! Her technique and pressure are perfect! However, the office has NO consideration for long time members when an error is made in scheduling. Very disappointed.
