5 +++ rate. As always Helaine was amazing taking care of my pain issue. The front desk ladies Abril and Mia were very kind and patient answering some questions I had. Their way of handling the situation reflects positively on the Assistant Manager Jezebel who later spoke to me to make sure I understood everything.

I love this Massage Envy Location, The Ladies in the front are very nice, always answer all of my questions too and let me know of their specials as well. I love how Irena massages me, she is light to medium pressure but I always come out so relaxed.

I went to the Kendall location. Excellent customer service, with a warm ambiance and polite, helpful staff. Eric gave me an excellent massage, focusing on the areas where I had pain. Left feeling soooo much better. FYI this is a business, so you pay for every add-on. But there is an annual program that reduces the cost if you plan to get monthly massages.

In my opinion, Helaine is my favorite massage therapist, she really works on all the areas, and great at massaging the knots on my neck & shoulders, then she covers the areas with a warm towel which feels awesome! after I leave the session I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. She is also very friendly & always makes me feel happy ! 😃

This is a new review nothing to do with the review I did 4 months ago. I just called to make an appointment and a girl named Jess was so rude, inappropriate, difficult and with a rough approach and literally making me feel unwelcome in making an appointment. I ended it up cancelling the appointment. Make sure to have more friendly people taking the phone calls.

This location has amazing staff. Front desk is always courteous and will help you out, whatever the issue might be. Silvana is an amazing therapist, extremely professional, very knowledgeable in several techniques and once you leave her hands, your body will be in Relax mode, she’s the best of the best.
