Had been gifted by great neighbors & friends for Christmas over 2 years ago and I finally Jan. 2025 made an appt. for a facial. I have had few facial in my life but the few I have had abroad and upscale spas and AVA surpassed any experience I have ever had. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and what an amazing experience AND IF THAT was not enough, MY SKIN WAS COMPLETELY REPLENISHED WITH A SOFT DEWEY LOOK THAT EVEN MY FROWNS AND WRINKLES VANISHED SIGNIFICANTLY! THIS LASTED FOR TWO DAYS. NO HARSH CHEMICALS, NO STINGING ETC. AVA HAS THE MIDAS TOUCH and she should open her own business ASAP! IT WAS REFRESHING TO RECEIVE SUCH A PERSONAL SERVICE THAT HAD AMAZING RESULTS BOTH FOR THE SOUL & SKIN!!! GREAT JOB AVA!

I had the WORSE experience of my life receiving a massage at this location. If you have a skin condition and want to leave crying this is the place to go. Walked in and spoke with a manager who went through my details, when I went into the massage room the therapist did not speak English. When I start my massage she starts normal until she sees that I have a skin condition, psoriasis then runs out of the room and puts a mask on and gloves. I was given a full massage with GLOVES!! It was a horrible experience then when I ask the manager after he tells me he doesn't know what the "policy" on psoriasis is. Which is ridiculous. People who work for a skin health business should know about common skin conditions. The manager said he would call me. He never did, I called back and spoke with a receptionist who now said she was going to take an incident report. Why wasn't one taken when I made my first complaint? I told the receptionist my issues and how I left crying due to how I was treated. She assured me I would get a call back from the manager. Again never did she called me back and told me that maybe I should bring a doctor's note in. That I should consult with my doctor and tried to lecture me on how my skin condition is when I have had it for over 20 years. When I simply asked for a redo massage I was told no because it was the massage therapist fault and they won't do anything to correct it. I sent an email to corporate and it has been over two weeks since I sent the email. I haven't heard anything also the manager never called me back. Again if you have a skin condition and would like a massage this is NOT the place to go to. This franchise should be ashamed of themselves for how their employees treat people who are different. This is not a massage envy policy as I have gone to multiple other locations and have received wonder massages. Do better for people who don't want to go to your location and be discriminated against for something they cannot control.

I called for an appointment. When they told me the time and I was ready to book, they asked me if I was a member. I said no and they said they could not schedule the appointment because I was not a member. Ridiculous!

The concept of the company is excellent but the performance of this location where a got my appointment, when a got there the girl I in the front desk ignore me because she decide to talk with a coworker instead , the next guy to take care of me , after talking me throughout the whole sesión , he said to wait for a person that will be attending me , the room where very cold , the bed was disconnected it and was cold , the masseuse didn’t check it before the appointment , and I was blasted with the air conditioning all the time , the massage were fine but I couldn’t relax , that was the whole purpose, maybe if I try another location I got better luck

Édith provides an incredibly professional massage service. I love how she perfectly adjusts the pressure to your preference and always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and the experience is truly relaxing. My back tension completely disappeared after her massage!

My experience at Massage Envy is always amazing. The staff is very friendly and receives you with a smile. I had a massage with Luis, who was amazing. His pressure was just right at every needed spot. His techniques remove many knots, allowing me to relax and feel new again. I highly recommend booking a massage with Luis! You won't regret it.

Update: Yesterday I had a massage with Yamilka. I explained to her the parts that hurt. She always gives me an incredible massage but yesterday it was PHENOMENAL! I’m SO GRATEFUL to her because she has helped me so much with my aches and pains. I hope that she is appreciated and incredibly valued by the Massage Envy supervisors, managers and the whole company. Yamilka is amazing! I love seeing her once a month. I’ve been a monthly client for the past 2 years. Yamilka is INCREDIBLE. She is THE reason I love getting massages at this location.
