If you're looking for an exceptional massage, ask for Meykel—he's incredible! It's honestly the best massage I've ever had. I have a lot of muscle, and he knows how to apply just the right amount of pressure—not too hard and not too light. He really knows what he's doing. I would give him 10 stars!♥️♥️💪💪

The assistant manager has no clue what she’s doing and will blatantly lie in order to make it seem like she does. Instead of correcting a billing mistake, she lied twice and when I called her out on her lies, I was placed on hold. I assumed she was trying to correct their mistake. But then, to my surprise, a different staff member hops on the line, who was even more incompetent and nasty. They both could have easily communicated with the general manager and worked together to fix their mistake in a professional manner.. instead they lied, made baseless assumptions, and openly laughed to each other about it with me still on the line. Unfortunately for them, everything was recorded. I will make sure everyone in Naples knows exactly how they treat people.

Been coming here for awhile now. I am very pleased with the staff. I only go to Maikel though because he always does an incredible job and is very professional while giving an incredible deep tissue massage. I would recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain looking for relief.

Massage Envy is the best massage salon in a 100 mile radius. Joel and Raul are fabulous for deep tissue massage therapists. Joel is my full time therapist. If Joel is not available, I schedule with Raul. I have degenerative uhdisc disease so every massage is critical and timely. Joel always leaves me feeling like I am floating on a cloud. He makes me feel like I want to stay on the bed when I know that I have to get up and leave. That is the only negative part of my entire experience; having to leave so quickly after such a lovely experience. There is not one person who will not experience great pleasure at Massage Envy. If one has a bad back and needs a deep tissue massage, one cannot go wrong with Joel or Raul. As long as Joel and Raul are still working with Massage Envy, I will continue my therapy at Massage Envy. They are the BEST in a 100 mile radius. I am thankful to Massage Envy for helping me get All my appointments Scheduled in advance So that I do not miss any of my appointments. They run a Tight Ship. They are friendly and accommodating. They will do anything Necessary to assist their clients With anything necessary for their patients To get their appointments When needed. Massage Envy is a very good practice And accommodating to their Clients. You cannot go wrong trying Massage Envy If you have sore muscles I did not see anywhere to give them stars for their rating. If they had a five star rating out of five stars total, I would give Massage Envy a five star rating.
