Consider this a serious warning—do not subscribe under any circumstances. One major issue among several is that after canceling, the subscription is only paused and then mysteriously reactivates without any prior notice. And that’s just one of the problems; there are more, but this alone should be enough to reconsider.

Amazing experience. I LOVED my massage therapist Mayum. Truly one of the top massages I've ever received. Also enjoyed working with the front desk staff. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I decided to go with the membership therefore I will absolutely be returning! 10/10 would recommend.

Even though you’re a member, there is still a “surcharge” of $40+ and cannot be paid via account credits or gift card. Scheduling here was a hot mess that I cancelled my appt.

The membership policy is unclear and not very user friendly. The massage services I've received have always been great, but the recurring billing policy and difficulty closing my account have been inflexible to the point of extreme frustration.

Their membership is a complete scam. I ignorantly signed up and was charged. When I canceled I had a couple of credits and they assured me they wouldn’t expire. When I went to use them a couple of months later, they denied me a massage bc it was “expired”. They didn’t offer any type of flexibility at all. Instead they wanted to charge me $160 for the massage when I had $200 in credits. Horrible costumer service. Do not recommend.

This location is great. I've had a few different masseuses here and especially Cileny, Stefanny, and Dolly are all very nice, professional, communicative, and fantastic at stretching and full body massages. The front desk are kind as well. The tranquility (waiting) room is also nice - very relaxing and they have water and fruit snacks. Would recommend!

NOT HELPFUL - BAD SERVICE - 0 STARS This location in 42nd Street in midtown was Not helpful at all. Although I’m a Massage Envy MEMBER they were not able to accommodate me for a scheduling mistake in an appointment. They “charged” me (took away a credit for a service) for a month service because I made a mistake in the timing. I do understand that the therapist should be accommodated - but I should too as a member. There was no compromising- not that it matters to them but I won’t give them my money ever again and would recommend others to find another spa. Service means everything - you can find great massage therapist and facials anywhere so it’s the service that matters. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I’ll stick to my Newport News, VA location where they saved the day!

Such wonderful staff. I believe their name is JR at the front desk- so nice! Laura is amazing and super knowledgeable about the body and our nervous system. Walked out a member and intend on remaining one.

In town for a week, feeling sore from travel and schlepping luggage. Fortunately they had an opening. Stacey was excellent! Great location, very nice facility and great front desk. I’ll be back on my next visit.

Got a massage here. Was just okay. The owner seems to be very nice. The rest of the front the desk seems to be a little dumb.

Absolutely wonderful massage from Elisa!! She asked for preferences, feedback, comfortability. She was professional, kind, and an overall excellent massage therapist. The front desk staff were lovely, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this location of massage envy!! 10/10!

The NYC Midtown west staff is always incredibly accommodating, helpful, and able to answer questions. Their checkin process is proactive in ensuring your masseuse is ready to provide with a customized massage. Haven’t had a single provider disappoint yet—excellent team of firm, deep tissue, and sports focused massage.

Was gifted a massage; Nice location, the staff really tries to push membership really hard all the while filling out an extensive questionnaire. I would have liked even harder pressure after my massager went harder. I think that was the most they could do. It’s a little less than an hour for intake Q’s.
