I booked my apt 3 weeks in advance. They called me three times the day before my appointment to verify i was coming.My time for my appointment was 9am. They called me while I was sitting in front of their building and canceled. They could not do anything for me what's so ever. Unacceptable.

I have been going to "Anthony" now for I think like 10 years+. I have had a lot of massages before finding him by a lot of not so good therapists. He is by far the best! Very fluid movements and so relaxing. He deserves a HUGE bonus! Team Tony!

This location has no follow-up; I called last week to pause my membership, and I was told a manager would call me back within 48 hours. No phone call, I called in yesterday and did speak with a manager who was going to send me forms to get this done. I have not received anything from her. I find this location very stressful, so I will not book an appointment there. When I did have appointments booked there several months ago, they canceled my appointment because of an emergency - This happened twice. When I canceled because I got called into work, they told me if it happened again, they would charge me for the cancelation. - When I asked about Massage Envy canceling on me, the person on the phone became upset at me. If I could work with a different location to pause my membership, I would do that.
