Had a membership during covid lock down which they decided to continue to charge me even after I explained how I was unable to come . Never made it right and kept all my money and never even let me get massages I paid for after the lockdown

My credits built up because they never had availability. When I wanted to pause they wanted to charge me to do so. Then refused to let my sister use credits I transferred. Never ending cycle of them taking money but not allowing me to use it.

Bryce and Belle are the best I could ask for!! Bryce has now worked on me twice as well as my mom and she personalizes the massage more than I have ever gotten before. She is also very personable. I got to see Bella for the 2nd half of my spa day and she taught me a lot about skin care that I hadn't heard before. Thank you to both of you!!

I have reached out multiple times since last week regarding membership cancelation process. I was told that the manager, Christy, will email me the cancelation form, however, I still haven't received any update from her yet... Same thing happened last time when I need some information and support at this location, people at the front desk always just say they have reached out to their manager and only their manager can provide the solution. And then, so solution was provided...

I just received an email asking for comment on my experience a few years ago. I wanted a massage one day due to soreness from work. I was pressured into committing to six massage sessions for a monthly fee. I finally agreed and I got a full body massage and its was helpful. I only used one of my six allocated sessions, while paying the fee every month. After the contract expired. After six months, I was bombarded with an automated phone call every single day for almost a month before I had to call the store directly and demand they stop calling me.

They don’t deserve one star!!! This place is the worst, they take your money and lie. Said, “we tried to contact you” but reality is, I received NO notices from them on my end! They’ve ripped me off for more than 2,000.00 dollars (I’d put my account on hold, but started it back up-my bad for not jumping that, I let that happen knowing I’d be back-I was not in an area with a location and was rehabbing with several medical issues). The manager offered me limited services, and they would start charging me again, plus I had to use services by a certain date AND I would not be able to use the entire fortune that they took from me. Horrible horrible management! Side note, while I was arguing my case, A woman walked in with a gift certificate who had an appointment for a massage, It went sideways for her while I was still in the midst of my case. She stormed out the door. I don’t know the details but it just tells you how the place is run.

I just got done with a 90 minute massage with Cynthia and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was so friendly and warm, she really knew her stuff, her massage technique was on point and she knew exactly what I needed just by glancing at me. She was absolutely amazing. The counter staff are always friendly and helpful as well. The location is clean and attractive. A great experience from the moment you set foot in the door.

Hello! I love this location ! The customer service is great & I have a wonderful massage therapist ! Cyndi Love does such a great job! When I leave there all my knots are out of my muscles & I feel like new again ! Kathy gives an amazing facial ! I always get compliments on my skin & I owe it to Kathy ! :) I suggest getting a membership to this heavenly place ! :)

I scheduled an appointment on Friday, for the following Sunday at 2:30 pm. I have been dealing with chronic neck pain which has been giving me headaches/ migraines. I am also 7 weeks expecting, with my very 1st. I was not asking for any prenatal services, purely wanted to the 90 minute session on my neck and upper back. I understand if it’s company policy to only be operated on by someone certified by prenatal- regardless of what type of massage I got for their legal safety but they did not explain that. Again, this is my first time being pregnant I don’t know all the legalities for certain places. All they kept saying when I told them I was pregnant is my massage therapist can’t do prenatal massages because she wasn’t certified to do so. I told them I don’t need a prenatal massage , only on my neck - This happened on the phone when I made the appointment too. We went back and forth a few times as I was explaining, and then they finally said they get it and they scheduled me. I got a text morning of, saying they see in my notes I was pregnant and they’re not certified to do prenatal massages so they had to reschedule. I called the location again and told them I DONT NEED A PRENATAL MASSAGE , I have had chronic neck pain that has been interfering with my job and overall health at this point. They made me hold and had someone else got on the line where she FINALLY told me it doesn’t matter that type of massage I get they cannot touch me if they’re not certified for prenatal at all due to legality reasons. It’s not the reasoning that makes me write this review- it’s the lack of clear communication on their end. I’ve done massage envy before and I’ve loved their work. I’m really dissatisfied with the lack of clear communication and honestly stressed even more because of how severe my neck pain is and how desperate I was looking forward to this massage. Again it’s not the policy itself it’s how annoying it was for them to just tell me that the day of my appointment.

*this is NOT a massage/aesthetician review** PROS: Fully stocked product section, convenient location CONS: I’ve been here twice now, needing a specific skincare product. Both times were Sunday evenings, when the posted business hours are 8am-8pm. I arrived around 7:30pm to find the doors locked. Since it was within posted operation hours, I called, & was subsequently let in to purchase the item. If I were the franchisee, I would want my business hours to be honored by my employees; customers can’t show up during posted hours to find the business closed.

BEWARE OF THEIR OILS Went in on 05/15/2023 to enjoy belated mother’s day pampering. The service LaDonna provided was FABULOUS. She is talented and is a great conversationalist. However my grief is with the product that they have their therapists use. The oils completely ruined my Tory Burch Miller Sandals. I bought the shoes as a belated birthday gift to myself in march. so I didn’t get to enjoy them for very long. When I called today, to finally get answer, The front desk agent wasn’t very sympathetic that their location has ruined a $200 pair shoes. instead they offered a free enhancement. Excuse me? $20 credit for shoes that cost 10 times that. That offer was sickening and sad. A real slap to the face. I let the same person know that I will never return, and she just said “okay, well keep the idea that your things could be damaged if you ever choose to visit us again, maybe opt in for the lotion.” Um, NO. In fact i’ll do everything I can to let people know that they ruin personal property and have no sympathy whatsoever. I understand policy is policy, but maybe try understanding that these clients pay a pretty penny to come and pay their salaries, however little or much it is. AVIOD UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS RUINED

I had a 90 minute deep tissue with Daniel. It was by far the best deep tissue I have ever had . I am a massage therapist myself and have had oceans of massages all over the world ! Daniel is incredible !!!! Very professional, intuitive, and knowledgeable of anatomy. Bravo !!

Paid for a 30 minute stretch & it lasted 18 minutes. Also she hurt my bad knee after I told her to be careful with it. The full body massage a got was average at best. If you miss an appointment they charge you full price and don’t care to call or text you if you don’t show or do something for you as a compromise, I understand the workers need to get paid but the company should work with you in some way. Bad business practice I think.

This was my first time. It hurt I told the guy many times to lower the pressure, to go lighter, and to be softer. He didn't listen my back muscles hurt so bad now. At the end he told me I wasn't a fit for him. Because he does a deep rub mind you they told me to tell them what i needed he refused to listen. mind you it was my first time. worse 60 minutes ever. I wanted a massage not a treatment 😩

Was my go to for a solid year. I’d see Tina 1-2 times a month for full body, normal-firm deep tissue. I haven’t been to this location since July 2018 so the staff might have changed. Let me put it this way my whole family that I love dearly live in Phoenix, if I were to return it’d be to see Tina.

When they want to sell gift cards or others, they sent emails. But they didn't send any email my membership expiring. I had 2 paid massage. Last month my membership expired that I didn't know. They didn't even send an email about my membership expiring soon and I lost 2 paid massage. $160 lost. I was member since 2012. They should offer a reverse, but they didn't. No more Massage Envy. Ever! I have seen a new massage franchise called Elements Massage. I will try out them. I m a very honest person. You can read my another review below I left 9 years ago. Now, I left negative because this is not a good costumer relationship. Massage therapists were %50 chances massage envy in any way. Some good Some very bad. So, why should I continue in massage envy. I will give my money other places.
