Asia was the most genuinely friendly and enthusiastic person I have met at the front desk of a business in the longest of times. Quite informative and helpful as well. Sarah did such a GREAT job with the massage as well. Would highly recommend.

Great place to go for a massage they have great ppl there and will work with you on how much pressure you want your massage to be . Very cost effective they have great plans! Highly recommend this place!!💯🔥😎

Kay Marie (I hope I spelled that right) is incredible! I've only had about 10 massages in my life, but Kay Marie was the best therapist I've ever had. Her alone made me sign up for a membership. I can't wait to go back AT LEAST once a month with her! #Awesome.

I loved the massage therapist, however after purchasing an annual package (which included a free massage coupon for June), and spending over $1200 there in a 6 month period, they refused to honor the free massage. I was out of the country for June until late July. When I returned they absolutely refused to honor the June coupon, because it was the end of July. They outright refused any good "PR" nor any customer loyalty. To me this is simply wrong! They have lost a client and they knew my situation. They had no regard of honoring it because I was told there is "no button for them to enter the coupon" This to me is just poor business!!!! Do not spend your time or money there.

Destiny was my massage therapist and she was very good! Listened to what I needed and checked in with me. I also saw Mia for a facial and she was just as good. She listened to my concerns and both provided top notch service! Highly recommend both ladies and the location and their staff!

I’ve had a ME membership since 2010 & I’ve been to a few locations over the years. But the Laveen location has been my absolute favorite. I was diagnosed with chronic health issues 2 years ago and I credit my healing and recovery to a large extent to the care, kindness and massage therapy that I have received. Not only do they have some of the most talented and caring massage therapists (Kamilah, Rouba,Brigette are my favorites), but Carla and her front desk staff(Aspen, Megan, and Neiah),consistently created a welcoming and supportive environment from the moment I walk in the door. This is what creates a wholistic experience. Recently the owner’s decided to change leadership. I have already seen a change in the staff’s energy unfortunately. While I still get beautiful care from the above mentioned staff, if they aren’t working, I may or may not be greated by the new leadership. I understand that transitions take time, I just hope this doesn’t cost those of us who rely on this staff to have to go elsewhere if they don’t keep up with the quality of care that I’ve experienced since they opened here in Laveen. Please value your staff and do your best to keep them.

I got the Mother’s Day special (buy one massage get another for 50% off) I used the coupon the first time I went and paid for the half I owned cool no problem. I went in like 2 weeks laster got my massage and tried to use the gift card part that should have had $125 on it and apparently it didn’t. I was only suppose to pay $75 because that’s how much it was online when I booked and apparently the card only had $60 something so I still had to pay even more on top of it. Some how we got cheated out of way more money then we should have. Was super disappointed since we didn’t have the money to get it done to begin with but my husband wanted me to do something for myself. Really bothers me how money disappeared on the card. I have 2 stars because the facial and massage tech were amazing

I have been going to this location for over a year now and Rouba is the only reason I’m willing to drive over 25 mins to go to the Laveen location. I have tried to go to other locations before when Rouba is booked out but I always return to her. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing and there is a reason you have to book a few weeks in advance with her. She is so attentive and always so caring and wonderful with her clients. My regular monthly appointments with her are the highlight of my month and it helps so much with the strain on my shoulders and back.

I went to get a gift card for my daughter's birthday. The young lady helping me was amazing. She looked up the ME in the town where my daughter lives so I could compare $$. She also helped me pick out other things to send her. AWESOME EXPERIENCE 🤩🤩

Online scheduling is the worst, please call. My first appointment was canceled 2 hours before my appointment which I took off work for. However I was able to reschedule my appt a week later for a longer time. I’m not sure how they do there timing but I booked 90 minutes but only got about 80 mins and they forgot to include my hot stones when I scheduled. The ladies at the front were very helpful and kind (sorry I didn’t get there names) and my masseuse Andy was great. He often checked in to see how the pressure was, did hot towels and asked if I was comfortable. I recommend and will return.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. My esthetician was pleasant, but she bruised my face when she removed the black heads off my nose and t zone area. She scraped my nose so hard that I kept pulling my face away from her and tears just streamed down my face from the pain. She said, "I know it hurts, but I'm almost done." I had this done on the 5th, and my face is still very red and achy. I've had facials before, but I don't recall them being painful.

I had a shoulder injury and couldn’t lift or reach without pain. After the massage my arm felt looser and the next day I could lift and reach significantly better without pain.

I have been a member for many years and I’m so tired of booking an appointment 30+ days in advance for it to only be canceled within hours of my scheduled appointment. No one cares nor follows up to reschedule you. All they care about is collecting your monthly fee. If maybe they would stop pushing their membership so hard they would be able to take care of the customers they have, It’s very disappointing to know that all they actually care about is their payment. However, if you were ever to cancel they will keep your money without question. Their policy is extremely strict and completely one-sided to only benefit them. The whole situation is completely ridiculous and the customer service is anything but acceptable.
