every single thing exceeded my expectations! I have been dealing with a tight/painful trapezoid for several days, unable to move my neck fully. not only did this location have an immediate opening, but I was booked with Minerva and she was AMAZING!! of course I had soreness for the day but the tightness is gone and I can fully move my neck! it feels SOOOOOOO much better already. 🙏🏼 I was in and out, no pressure to purchase anything else (although I did purchase a gift card because it was a good deal) the office was clean, prompt, pleasant. it was my first time at a Massage Envy and I'm impressed

Looks like they are charging you facial rate for one hour and honestly they are not doing for the whole one hour and the service was not so great and I don’t feel like it’s worth paying money for $80

Great masseuse horrible customer service. The actual service to take care of your body is great but the mental draining you’ll have from dealing with the representative and management is horrible. The therapist are there for the love of self care it seems which is why the energy will feel good but the business, reps, company, and management only care about their check and not the actual personal experience. I wish it all would match a zen and peaceful ascetic but this is America not Japan! Ha …. It’s a corporate rehabilitation center catered towards white people, respectfully. Sarah is great though!

I was massively stressed out and hurting all over, so I booked an emergency same day massage with Norma. I left on cloud nine. Her skill and attention to detail was exceptional. She seemed to know where I hurt and how to help without me having to say anything, and she checked in with me just often enough. Bonus that the person who did my check in and check out was an absolute joy to deal with. First time at this location, but my experience was so good that I believe I've found a new "home base".

I absolutely love Margaret. I’ve tried a few therapists, all were good but Margaret is the one for me. She’s kind and spent time going over some simple stretches to help relieve pain between appts. I can’t wait to see her again in a few weeks

It was unlike any massage I’ve ever had. Provider Dave pulled me back at exactly 4 yet I arrived earlier and already finished paperwork prior to my time. He talked in the room which took up more time. Took a long time to come back in after I undressed and was waiting for him. Easily took up 15min of my massage before it even started. Then the massage began. I knew right away he was not into it. Spent very little effort and pressure. Almost as if he was just trying to pass by the time searching for pressure points as opposed to actually massaging. When he had me turn around he only did my neck and then said my time was up. I was in shock. The front of my arms, legs and my feet were not even touched. I check the clock to see he ended it 5min early. Active massage time on me was only 35-40min MAX. My friend gave me her massage otherwise yes I would have told front desk but it was free so decided not to complain. I’m just informing others. Dave was very nice but not trying to any physical work. I left feeling the same as when I walked in.

Location is friendly and inviting and the massage is always excellent. Preferred pressure and attention to trouble spots every time, and the rooms are fairly quiet, very little outside noise.

This review is due to be being charged for not canceling my appointment… I had an emergency that occurred on the day of and I couldn’t cancel the appointment on time. I called and spoke to the manager and said he couldn’t do anything. I understand that’s an appointment set up with the therapist and that’s their pay but being charged %100 of that and knowing I had an emergency they didn’t do anything. I really liked my massage therapist, she did great. Megan is great. But after this, I won’t be going back to this location nor any other massage envy.

I've been a member here for several years. I always receive great service. Ampa is my preferred esthetician. She is so kind and conscientious about selecting products that are tailored to my sensitive skin needs. Even if it's been awhile between visits, she always remembers what we talked about previously and asks how I've been. I highly recommend Ampa at the Moon Valley location.

Genuinely worst massage experience of my life. I was in a ton of pain today and desperately needed a massage. I tried to book online for an appointment in a few days with someone listed as being able to do firm pressure. I was not able to figure out how to use my gift card online so I called to make that same appointment. When I called they said they could get me in today if I wanted. I told them that according to the website, they had nothing available today with someone who could do firm pressure. They assured me that one of the massage therapists does do firm pressure, so I booked, and left work early to make the appointment. As I said, I was in a lot of pain. When I get there, the massage therapist asks me if I had any areas of pain, to which I responded I had extremely tight shoulders/upper back and I wanted the focus to be on that with firm/deep pressure. I got the exact opposite. She had extremely light pressure. I can stress enough how light the pressure was. It felt like a small child was rubbing their hand across my body. Additionally, she spent well over half the time on my legs and arms. Both of which I did not mention at all. I genuinely am so upset at the waste of time and money. To add, she brought me back to the room at 2:05, we spent a min or 2 talking, and I got under the table probably around 2:10. She ended the massage at 2:52. She told me to come out when I was ready, she was no where in sight, so I just paid and left. I’ve never not been greeted with water after a massage (which isn’t a huge deal…just the icing on the cake). I truly am so upset at this experience and would not recommend massage envy to anyone. Editing to add: I just looked online and my therapist is listed as “light to medium.” When I called, I specifically clarified that the person recommended to me could do deep tissue and that it was added to the notes. Deep tissue is no where near what she was actually listed as. Maybe the massage was objectively good for a light/medium massage, it was was not what I wanted or asked for.

Went for a massage today. Taken back at 10 talked for 2 or so mins with therapist then got undressed and on bed at 10:05 My therapist did not seem into it all, barely spent any time on anything . At 10:43 she said she was done and left the room. In my calculation that is a 38 min massage not 60 mins. Hated spending a credit on that lackluster and quick massage. I’m finding this happening more and more. The last time I went to desert ridge for a facial the girl barely did anything and no extractions and voila I was done. I feel like the therapists are junk. Won’t be getting a membership and my husband will be cancelling his as well. Tiffany Sullivan
