This place is a mess. Between the useless call center and the teenagers manning the front, the experience is always messy and stressful. Massages are fine but booking sucks.

Great place! Always friendly and helpful at the front desk and my masseuse (Tom and Danielle) are absolutely amazing! I go every month on their program, it helps me remember to take care of myself.

Krystal is the best massage therapist!! The staff is always friendly, and the space is clean. My only complaint with massage envy is around their membership policies.

Love coming to this convenient location right at the Norterra shops! Erin (my wax specialist, not me) is so friendly, makes me feel comfortable, and does a fantastic detailed job for all of my wax services.

Very frustrated with this location. Both my husband and I have had good massages here. We even both signed up to be members. My husband had his first “member massage” scheduled for today. His electrical on his truck malfunctioned when he went to leave and it wouldn’t start. He called to notify them and they refused to do anything. Told him he would be charged for the massage and they couldn’t reschedule. Horrible customer service.

Great place for massages, facials, etc. They have skillful practitioners in each of their service areas. It's great they have many locations around the overall city area from metro to North to Scottsdale and carefree. The only snag I see is they charge higher prices for additions that should not be charged in my eyes. Such as the cupping add on. Overall 4/5.

Saw Ceira yesterday... Was originally supposed to be a 90 min massage but was contacted and told the therapist needed to leave early and asked if I could do a 60 min massage. I was fine with the adjustment. She called me back to the room, didn't ask how is doing, barely asked what I wanted. The entire massage was generic and I could tell she was in a hurry. The issues I told her I was havering were not addressed in the manner I'm used to. I've seen several therapists at this location and have been happy with them but this one was a waste of my time and money

Unwanted aroma therapy automatic applied to my appointment with out me asking for it. The sals pitch is not appreciated when I am trying to unwind from the daily stress of the world. This has no reflect to outstanding massage service I receive at this location.

Very happy with all of the clinicians I’ve seen during my year membership at Massage Envy. II feel as though I’m a good client, considering, I show up on time and tip well. Today I called and requested an appt for an hour massage so I could use the remaining 1/2 credit on my account. The front desk girl politely told me my 1/2 credit expired last week. She placed me on hold presumably to ask someone else if they could honor my 1/2 credit. I was denied unless I wanted to re enroll in another years membership. Wow, not a big ask. Someone obviously failed customer service 101! I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere Massage Envy. Your not that “special!” Lol..,
