Massage Envy- Desert Ridge (AZ) was exactly what I needed. The place was neat/clean. The front desk was cordial/funny and extremely helpful. The masseuse was knowledgeable respectful. I will certainly be back next travel.

Massage Envy markets relaxation, wellness, and filling up your cup. Well, keep an eye out on your wallet or spouse’s wallet because their real concern is going after that. I made the miserable mistake of believing my membership was cancelled for over 2 YEARS! When I found out it wasn’t, they finally called because my credit card that was being charged was about to expire and then needed a new one on file. Up until that point, they made no effort to contact me about the increasing session I had been incurring Don’t worry though, Dora will help you freeze your account for up to 6 months with a fee of $20 a month while you catch up. I suggest talking to Dora in person, or recording your conversation because some things might be missed when you speak with her over the phone. Oh! And don’t you dare mess up your schedules and not show up to an appointment. Even if it’s your first time, no grace is given but instead, a 50% fee. I have had minimal help with management and this location and after 4 months of trying to catch up, decided to forgo the rest of my sessions and get out while I can. I highly suggest you stay away from getting into a contact with them, you’ll most certain regret it.

Nice environment but I have not been back here for quite sometime. I had an hour massage & every time the massage therapist would talk, which was often, they would not massage. I decided to not continue a membership & have not been back sense. I had also let them know. It’s too bad. I just felt like I had wasted time & money, then left feeling just as stiff as I had walking in.

Had a 30' Tension Relief visit followed by a Hot Stone Massage... it was heaven! Tony is a Master, giving detail to every sore spot. Best foot and hand massage too! As a health care provider I recognize excellence in practice and Tony sets a high bar. Place is nice and clean. Staff is courteous. Massage was so-so..I was dissatisfied with the time. I booked for for an hour and it ended in 35-40 minutes. I have been to other massage places and this is not my great experience.

Tony Tony Tony!! First off, I’ve been in Arizona for almost a year and a half now, and have struggled to find a quality massage/massage therapist. Well, my search is over. The appointment was made easy online, and confirmed through their automated text system. The staff upfront was friendly and efficient both to start, and when leaving. The building was clean, and I didn’t hear residual noise during my time, like at other locations. But finally, and most importantly, Tony was amazing. From start to finish, he checked on the pressure level periodically, but was not invasive with talk or anything. My massage was relaxing, but again, most importantly, he hit all the right spots: the ones I stressed to him in the beginning, and those I didn’t even know I had. It was easily the best massage I have found in Arizona, and all thanks to Tony’s expertise, knowledge, and thoroughness. Job well done! Will see you again soon!
