Mallory at the front desk was amazing! There was a mess up on the appointment and she took charge and took care of the issue and got it resolved. Ivanka was my MT and I was very happy with her too.

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing my very first massage, courtesy of a gift card from my loved ones, and I couldn't have been more thrilled with my experience at Massage Envy! Kayla was not only kind and welcoming, but also incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in her craft. As a recent college graduate, I was feeling a bit stressed and tight, and Kayla took the time to work out all the knots and kinks. She truly listened to my needs and tailored the massage to focus on the areas that needed the most attention! What struck me most about Kayla was her attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional experience. She took her time to ensure that every area of my body was thoroughly worked on, and it showed in the level of relaxation and relief I felt after the massage. I left feeling like a new person - calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated!! I can’t wait to go back!! I would highly recommend Kayla and this location to anyone looking for a truly EXCEPTIONAL massage experience!! I can literally NEVER get anyone to pick up the main line on the first try. It doesn't matter what time of day I call. Then they never call back at a convenient time, or they take hours or even days to get back. Also good luck getting in with their really popular therapists...they book out for months at a time, giving no one else a chance. I called the Raintree Massage Envy down the street from this Mayo location and guess what... they pick up on the first ring! ME has gotten so big, they barely care about their members anymore...

I have always had great service at this massage envy. They are always very helpful and the massage therapists are typically wonderful at this location.

Extremely extremely difficult to book appointments! I’ve been a member over 7 yrs have accrued a back log of over $800+at &79 per month! Rarely can get an appointment Asked to use up my back log before being charged yet another month Was told I can only do it if I pay additional $20per month fee! So either quit, lose all my paid fees or pay them an additional 20 per month!According to manager this is the franchise’s rule not all Massage Envy salons do it. So DO NOT JOIN this location.I don’t know if I’ll ever get ahead of my monthly payments.Have had two massages since Nov 2022! They are totally booked all of Feb and first two weeks of March. Was able to book. Next week at another location but again DO NOT JOIN this location!!L ,

IMPOSSIBLE to book using their app. There are too many older clients who book out months ahead in person at this ME. Why they don't let you book out the same amount of time using the app or cancel an appointment using the app is just wrong! Also I ave not found a good masseuse here so I will no longer use this ME.

Timothy (TJ) did a thorough massage using just the right amount of pressure. He found and treated all the knots. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I have been going to this location since the first year it opened. At the moment I am utilizing three of your therapists as I come most every week. I saw Hank this week and he is a terrific masseuse. He gets to all the bad spots and I love the type of massage he does. I also see Jen and Kaylee on other weeks. They are both excellent, as well. I like rotating since each has their own technique. I plan on continuing my massages as long as I can walk through the door unassisted. Thanks for everything! 👍

Ivanka was great! Really enjoyed my massage. The pressure was perfect & Ivanka checked with me regularly to make sure everything was just right. I’ll be going back to Massage Envy & requesting Ivanka for sure. I’d highly recommend her!
