The service was fine. Leaving 1 star because they are worse than a car salesman. Trying to convince you to sign up for a membership. 4 times I said no. Very passive-aggressive.

The massages are nice and the spa is clean. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 massages I have scheduled were cancelled the day of my appointment. I am understanding of personal matters, it’s just hard when I take specific days off from work to have a massage and am given a few hours notice of the cancellation. I am disappointed as I look forward to going there, but it seems to be unreliable.

I’m 7 and a half months pregnant, last week I called to reschedule a prenatal massage which I had booked at my last facial and they apparently didn’t think it was important to note that I was pregnant so had I not called I would’ve been turned away because I was scheduled with someone who was not certified to do prenatal massages. I called this morning at 8 am to let them know I was having flu/covid like symptoms and I’d have to reschedule. No one bothered called me back until hours later and then I got a nasty text saying I’d be charged 100% of the service for no call no showing. I called back to let them know I had called and Michelle was extremely rude and told me they’re still charging me 50%. I guess they think I should’ve come in extremely pregnant with Covid symptoms to get the staff sick. Michelle is consistently nasty and really should not be customer facing at all. I’ll be changing locations immediately and not continuing the membership once my 6 months is up considering she’s the type of person you have to deal with when scheduling.

You HAVE to ask for Sina. Omg. I had the best massage I have EVER had tonight!! Perfect DEEP pressure (she can do any pressure though) and when I tell you this woman is GIFTED, aaaaahhhhh I'm so impressed!!! I've been burnt out with work and I had so many knots across my shoulders... I swear I felt them just melt away on her table!! I can't say enough about her. Exceptional, I actually got the monthly membership because of her and I'll never not go to her!! She got a client for as long as she works there!!! The whole place was great!! I really liked the woman at the front desk, she was so nice. I really like this massage envy a lot. They make me feel welcomed and pampered from the moment I walk in. Very clean. Table was nice and toasty which was great because it was really cold tonight..

I called on Saturday to freeze my membership due to some financial struggles, I was told on Saturday the charge would be dropped. On Sunday I was charged for the membership fee despite telling them that I needed to not pay for this month. I was told that I needed to pay for the charge to be back in good standing. Do not pay for this service, despite numerous attempts to communicate they have chosen to ignore me at every turn. I am canceling my membership and I advice everyone to do the same.

I had a facial today by Julia. It was excellent, good pressure, easily explained things to me about what she was going to do. Afterward, she talked me through products, very knowledgeable. Thank you so much, I feel great!

This location messed up on scheduling 3 times, and I joined not even 3 months ago. What is the deal with management here? I love the Massage Envy experience but I think I may have to find another. THIS IS MY SECOND BAD REVIEW OF MT. LEBANON MASSAGE ENVY. THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT FOUR TIMES. NOW THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND KEEP CHARGING ME UNLESS I SIGN A PAPER SAYING I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK!! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND A RUDE MANAGER!!

Very unprofessional. You find you perfect therapist and poof gone. Had a session with another for 3 weeks then 4 days before “he changed his hours and cannot honor the appointment.” Please do not ever sign up for their membership, it’s the laughing stock of massage community!

Sometimes it can be difficult getting an appointment due to full schedules. Staff are great at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. They tend to what you want/need the most. My therapist does a terrific job on massaging my back and working with me on my problem area.

My husband had a 90 minute massage at the Pittsburgh, Mt Lebanon Uptown Massage Envy with a therapist who was covid positive on her test the next day. I found out that she cancelled my sister n laws massage the next day because she was sick and having a covid test. Evidently she was living with a covid positive person and still made the choice to continue to treat clients, knowing she was exposed. Adding to that, she knew my husband was scheduled for surgery the next day and still said nothing. No one called, ever, then when I called was told they are not required to do contact tracing. Not hard to trace a repeat client whose phone number is readily available. I requested a refund, but was told no. Now we are quarantining to protect our grandchildren. Cancelled our contracts, lost $1700 in massages paid for when they were closed (another rip off). This place is not advisable. And never sign a contract.

I have been going to this location since I moved to the area in 2017 and I love it here! Other than a couple of instances, I have had nothing but a pleasurable experience each time I go there. Staff is very wonderful and they really take care of their customers if there is any issue.

I had my first experience with a Massage Envy today. I didn’t know they are not full-service day spas without locker rooms, robes and slippers. You change in the massage room and sit in the relaxation room in your street clothes. The oil seemed thin and not very fragrant. But besides those issues, the experience was relaxing and very nice. My masseuse India was very good and the front desk staff very friendly. It’s a different experience than a typical day spa massage which is fine if you know what to expect.

This place is very unprofessional. I called and got a massage for my fiancé for her birthday, upon giving her the gift she decided to call and get one for me too. On the day of, they called when we were eating lunch before heading there and said we missed the first appointment. I heard the whole conversation yesterday and we were scheduled with a Sarah and Derek together. The lady on the phone was so rude I can’t believe she has a job. She argued with my fiancé that she said 1 o’clock and would not admit that’s not what happened because she made an error. She hung up on her twice and that’s when I called back. She tried to say she’d never hang up on a customer, but it was again on speaker phone and I heard it both times she hung up!! She continued to talk over me, until I had to ask her to let me talk. Our massages ended up being cancelled because my fiancé was not going to get the care massage envy usually provides at other locations. This lady should not have a job and furthermore everyone should stay away from this location
