I had scheduled a 90 min massage but when I arrived I discovered that I had put the wrong time down I got there at 3 my massage was at 2 🥹. I was soooo disappointed and knew I had missed out on not only my massage but my money too. But I was looking forward to and needed the massage so bad that I asked did they have any other openings this day. They had a 3 o’clock with Crystal. Let me tell you I’m soooooooooo glad I missed my original appointment because this was the BEST massage I’ve had in years. Usually when I tell the therapist I would like to focus on back shoulders neck they will do a little bit then still do full body. But those are my problem areas and she stayed there the whole time. Really getting into my muscles. I felt like a new woman when I left. I’ve been to a bunch of difference massage envy’s over the years and always leave disappointed. I left here smiling!! The ladies at the desk told me she was good and they were right!! Def coming back! The front desk ladies were also very nice and friendly speaking of. My only negative would be the parking situation. It’s a very busy area with limited parking. I had to ride around a lot and finally found parking in a garage. But I had to walk down then back up 2 flights of stairs.

Had an amazing experience with the staff at the North Hills location on 2/4/25. Needed a quick massage at the last minute and they squeezed me in for a session with Crystal. I can not speak highly enough on how great of an experience this was from check in to the table. Crystal paid keen attention to my problem areas and with the perfect level of pressure. I walked out of their office on a cloud. Definitely will be returning for a longer session in the near future with Crystal. Shout out to the front desk manager as well as she was extremely helpful and personable.

This was my first visit to the Massage Envy location at North Hills. I was greeted with friendly conversation and excellent customer service. My massage therapist, Andy, delivered high quality service and definitely helped release work-related tension in my muscles. I would highly recommend this location.

Melonye did a great job! She asked me about my preferences and proceeded accordingly. She was deliberate, addressed each area as long as needed and ensured that I was satisfied by asking the question. I enjoyed my session and highly recommend her!

I have received massages all over the US by quite a variety of massage therapists. June at this location was the best I have ever experienced. I knew from the first touch that it was going to be an amazing experience but she surpassed my expectations even after that. She applied the perfect amount of firm pressure and found so many places that I hadn't realized needed attention. She was confident as she moved around, adjusting the sheets in a professional manner, and maintaining contact as she moved around so it didn't startle me, that I immediately trusted June through some of the more challenging areas. My husband and I went on a couples massage date night and the whole time, I was hoping he was experiencing as wonderful as I was but I knew it was impossible. I am going to send him back to see June specifically because she works magic on the neck area like you would not believe.

Sarah and Lakiah were amazing. My mother in law scheduled my appointments and she was spot on with recommendations. Sarah did an oxygenation facial which was my 1st and explained the process clearly. Lakiah OMG! She literally had me falling asleep and worked out all the knots I had in my back. I already had my mother in law schedule me again and I got a membership. I always have a great time at Massage Envy North Hills! The front staff are nice and extremely helpful and I love being able to have the same massage therapist each time I go. Would definitely recommend as a great place for those looking for either relaxation or help in pain management.
