Bad Customer service, a rotating staff that constantly doesn't know what to do, say, or how to answer simple questions. They make and break promises. The massage technicians are there for a month then gone. Everything at this location is about chaos, having no integrity, and causing havoc in people's lives. Don't go here, they don't care about you, all they care about is signing you up as a member so they can get their bonus points, then your worth nothing and made to feel like your a problem instead of a customer. Buyer Beware! You have been warned!

I have been coming to this location for 2 years now and never had a message therapist as hardworking, dedicated, skillful, gentle and effective as Sol is. She is VERY knowledgeable of what she is doing and in identifying and explaining muscle groups. She has helped me in moments of deep pain and immobility. SHE IS THE BEST! Don’t underestimate her strength because she can really get in those deep spots! 20/10 recommend you try her if you come to this location.
