I got a 90 minute massage from Sherry, and she was PHENOMENAL! I’m an athlete, so it’s important to me that a massage therapist has a deep understanding of musculature and an ability to respond to what the body is saying, and Sherry is an expert at just that!! It really felt like she took her time to make sure she addressed any knots she found. I also appreciated that though the massage was mostly relaxing, it was also uncomfortable at times because if a massage really tackles your knots, then it won’t always feel the greatest. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Also, the managed Hailey ROCKS!

Hervey has been great for my massages! He always gave the perfect amount of pressure and helped my back pain so much ! I wish i wasn’t moving but if i wasn’t i would continue coming back to get seen by Hervey.

A wonderful experience and more affordable than other luxury spas. I had Emily and my husband had Delilah. They fit us in last minute and I'm so glad because we both were having some pains and we left feeling much better! We would recommend them both. They were great.

BE AWARE OF RIDICULOUS CANCELLATION POLICY!!! Called to reschedule/cancel an appt for my boyfriend that he had later that evening as he woke up with a fever. They said they would be charging me if they didn’t get the appointment rescheduled. So basically, I’m supposed to rely on their effort and others availability to get the appointment rescheduled for the same day? It is completely ridiculous that they expect their customers to know ahead of time if they are going to get sick. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone says she is the manager and there was no was else I could speak to, how convenient! Makes absolutely no sense. This policy is putting their own therapists and other customers at risk as people will begin to just come in, regardless if they’re not feeling well as customers cannot even cancel their own appointment if they are not feeling well without the risk of getting charged! I understand that they need to pay their therapists but it’s absurd that they expect customers to predict sickness & are not valuing those who are doing the right thing by not coming in when they have symptoms. I have gone to this location for a little bit now and definitely will not return.

I love it here! The front desk team is always so helpful and professional. They call me by name and have even gone above & beyond to call me when my therapist has extra openings! And, my 2 favorite therapists, Cynnea and Minerva are A-MAY- ZING! I appreciate the knowledge they provide when asking questions about my aches and pains. The overall experience is always pleasant and I appreciate the effort!

Great corporation , well established ! Pricing is a bit higher than less known brand but at least you know what you will get ! Professional workers and clean facilities. Reservation process can be ambiguous but it’s been great so far !

This review is for Sacramento Natomas Arena Blvd and Truxel Road Location. It was my moms birthday today so took her in to get a massage. The vibe was not great when we entered to begin with felt awkward. I asked for light to medium pressure for my mom since she is elder. My mom came out after massage looking dissapointed. She said it felt like someone lightly putting lotion or oil on her body. Lotion or oil was not even rubbed in properly, looked like it was slathered on. I had scheduled an appointment for myself for Monday since they did not have 2 appointments together for today told receptionist to cancel it since I did not want it if that is how they massage. Receptionist cut me out while speaking. She did not even care to let me finish telling her why I was canceling not to mention she didn't even ask my mom about her massage experience. What did I expect since she was not friendly when we entered to begin. What a waste of time and feel bad since it was my Mom's birthday.

When I tried to book an appointment my 2nd question after availability, was the staff fully vaccinated??? I was told that was not information that could be provided..what universe are you living in??? We just had a lovely message, for 2 at Message Heights. Dropped some nice$$$$....with Vaccinated...staff!!! Highly recommend Message Heights...

made an appointment for my boyfriend for a late Valentine’s Day gift. he said he liked the massage, however his appointment was at 11:15 and the day before the appointment they even sent him a reminder to show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. well he showed up early and the doors were locked. he had to stand out in the rain for 15 minutes. he was very confused and called me to make sure he had the address right. tried to call the spa too, only to find out no one is inside to pick up the call. online it says they opened up at 8, and there was no one there & the doors were locked at 11? anyways finally someone shows up to let him in and even his massage therapist was running late. he didn’t get seen until about 20 minutes after his appointment time. still glad he liked the massage, but it was unprofessional to have had him stand in the rain for that long & that they weren’t prepared for his appointment. :/
