The massages were actually great. I have a problem with their cancellation process. I canceled my membership on 11/25/24 and the girl on the phone did not tell me about a form to fill out. So they charged me again on 12/24/24, right before Christmas. When I explained that they did not tell me about a form, they asked who I spoke to and I told them I don’t know, it’s been a month. They then told me there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t their fault, when it clearly was. It’s wrong and it’s theft essentially. I should have made sure I got a confirmation, but they also should have told me about the cancellation forms. It’s like they hid it on purpose. Please, just be sure if you want to cancel, they tell you that and you fill it out asap.

Nice people, bad contract. I changed my mind and they refuse to cancel the contract. You have to go out of your way and get a Doctors note to cancel. If anyone needs help getting out of the contract, you can go on line and get a note from a Doctor for $60.

Generally, I have an amazing experience with Massage Envy. The particular masseuse that I had was really not good. They asked what I was there for, I said no pain, just relaxation. I had to ask for heated table, there was no music, nothing relaxing. The actual massage was painful. Very little time was spent massaging muscles. For some reason they spent a lot of time applying pressure on joints, nerves and blood vessels, including the side of my neck,  my upper inner arm, my lower back, suboccipital region.  They tried to massage my anterior wrist and I stopped them.They also asked about my comfort putting my arm behind my back in a handcuff position. That is odd. I pretty much was counting down till it was done and in retrospect should have just stopped it and left. I spent most of the massage pulling away which just seemed to agitate them. My right arm elbow bursa seems swollen. Since this morning,  I now have nerve pain and discomfort down my back,  both arms, and in my head. I feel my circulation is abnormal. I went in for relaxation and now have pain and discomfort and really just hope I have no long term injury.

when I cancelled my membership they said I had until November to use my last credit (already paid for). However when I called in October to book an appointment they said it was already expired and unless I had proof they told me November there was nothing they could do. I am not in the habit of recording my conversations so of course I had no proof. I feel like I've been robbed :(

Ben is hands down the best massage therapist. He has many years of experience and his work speaks for its self. This facility is always clean and the staff here are amazing. Helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Massage Envy in the Loehmann’s Plaza shopping center.

This is a scam business. They are intentionally evasive about canceling membership and make it incredibly difficult to terminate. Do not go here. Do not sign up for a membership.

Make appointment Tuesday at 6 PM for Wednesday at 12:30 PM. The receptionist tell me: cancel appointment before 24 hours or lost my money. When I arrived, wednesday at 12:25, Massage Envy was canceled my appointment just two hours before. This company pay me for my time lost? What is the rules? Only we have consequences?

This massage place falls short in several key areas. The quality of massages being completed by novices is concerning. They have a tendency to cancel last minute and lack empathy for the inconvenience caused even though they call you to confirm Locking customers into contracts without the option to leave is also problematic. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the manager and staff further exacerbates the negative experience. Overall Massage Envy fails to provide satisfactory service and customer care, despite marketing themselves as a premium massage provider.

I had never gotten a massage, but was so grateful to Christe G for making me feel comfortable and being so informative. I absolutely loved the massage! I hadn't considered getting another massage since I had just been given a gift card, but after having Christe as a masseuse, I'm definitely considering getting a membership. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her!

Unfortunately my overall experience with this location has been extremely poor. First, I requested a certain pressure level, which I was not given. From the time I entered the massage room to the time i had got into my car after paying and talking for a few moments with the front desk I had only been there for a total of 45 mins. I had paid for a full hour. I tried on multiple occasions to speak with someone (via phone and email) and I just keep getting the same message of " I will take your name down and someone will call you back". Disappointing.

I had a massage done by amy. She was good but I could tell her mind was not fully on the massage. She kept doing one side more than the other. The massage said feet but she never got to the feet. She was good though. I tipped her 18%

Its been a while since I've been here. Money is tight and I can't afford to get massages on a regular basis but when I do it's always amazing. The staff here is always polite and smiling. The therapist are always very professional and know what they are doing.

Today I will be canceling my membership of more than 8 years due to this location and a Misunderstanding of dates. I love the therapists but the front desk and the mgmts choice to charge me today will end the relationship. In truth it was my fault I agreed to an appointment 45 min from the text that went out to fill a spot but I’ve been in retail long enough to know keeping the customer is better than $100. Congrats ME.

True to form.. they cancelled couples massage the day of. My husband bday massage today at 330, they called to cancel. Just like previous reviews stated. So glad I made backup reservations somewhere else.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I can’t seem to get them to keep any of their appointments and I have to wonder if their massage therapists ever work? On two separate occasions prior, my appointment was cancelled due to therapists not coming in. I also had my appointment cancelled and nobody said anything and when I showed up for a facial I also had, the massage had been cancelled out of the system. I said I was done at this point but was talked into giving them one more chance. I scheduled a massage for my birthday and was called the day before to say my original therapist wasn’t going to be in and if I’d switch to someone else. Annoying, but fine. I then get ANOTHER call saying the second therapist isn’t going to be in either and would I like to reschedule. Seriously? This all happened a little over a week ago. I suggest to anyone who actually wants to receive their massage look elsewhere.
