For a someone that usually likes medium-firm pressure, Cynthia gives a great light-medium pressure massage. The best part is her nails, I would pay this woman just to scratch my back and scalp. Would go back just for her.

I would not recommend this location to anyone that expects a positive customer experience. I have been a member at this location for years and it's not worth retaining for my wellness experiences.

Do not use this location. Everything goes to some type of call center and requires a manager to make any changes. Only a manager (who I have not been able to reach for two days) is allowed to email a cancellation form.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any massage place, they have a number that calls to a call center and I can never seem to get ahold of Stephanie. I’ve been playing phone tag weekly with these people even their corporate office sucks at returning phone calls because NOT once have I actually got a phone call from them. At this point this feels like a scam, my husband signed up for the monthly membership which I had to schedule him in for this location because the one in Kyle Tx. fulfill their side of the bargain and accommodate the amount of people, we have to book out months in advance. We have to literally drive into San Antonio or north Austin. The ONLY way you can cancel is by the manager of the location you signed up at and for some reason this manager IS NEVER AVAILABLE. Bank has blocked all charges moving forward.

A godsend for this old man. They simply rub and massage you the right way. Courteous, text you reminders. I'm very happy with them. I'd recommend you, my therapist. But she's so good. I want to keep her for myself.

Never had this many problems in other states/cities (franchises) booking service and I've lived alot of places. Three times in a row the office TEXT me to say the massage therapist had to cancel. They did not offer any other therapist in same time slot or offer a complimentary massage. They finally agreed to cancel my membership. It's also hard to get an appointment unless it's in the middle of the day on a weekday. I saw another review that said same thing. Massage therapists I did have were good, when I could actually get an appointment and they showed up. I am now going to an independent, woman-owned, highly qualified massage therapist nearby at a great price and NO ridiculous year long contract!

Sadly been. Member since 2009 but when I cancelled membership they gave me less than 30 days to use 23 massages? Wouldn’t even allow me to gift them even after they said I could🥲 Would not be such an issue if I could get an appointment when it is convenient for me! Disgruntled Customer

I have been a member of Massage Envy for a number of years, and have been coming to this location for a long time. The rooms are always emaculate, staff is extremely professional and attentive to your needs. Yesterday I had a 1 hour massage scheduled for my birthday, and was one of the best treatments I have had in a long time. Thank you for a great experience.

I will never get a membership service with Massage Envy again!!! Every time I called to schedule a service y'all were always booked and I was never able to use my hours that I pay for every month and now that I cancelled y'all are giving me a time frame to use my hours or I lose them. I think y'all should be more compassionate especially that this has already been prepaid. Massage Envy is real quick on taking there money but making you use the hours fast before they expire...

Got a gift card to use here haven’t been able to schedule a week an appointment they have been booked solid for three months unable to go during the week because of work schedule so I guess I just wasted my money
