Jeanette, my massage therapist, is fantastic. I always feel much more relaxed and my muscle knots are much less tight/gone. She is skillful at deep tissue massage, but also will perform lighter pressure if request it. The woman working at the front desk is friendly, helpful, and cares about my experience. Great job.

Close by our home. We did couples massage and the staff was friendly and the massage was best I'd had in a long while. My therapist applied the perfect pressure to all my body parts.

If ONLY I could’ve given a -1 review for this operation I definitely would have. If it crosses your mind even slightly to join, I would hold off and reconsider! Should you ever change your mind or decide to cancel because the massage itself was less than desirable, or worse, has caused long-term pain, You will be given the runaround for days!!!! FYI- when you call to make an appointment, it’s not even the location you called. It’s a CALL CENTER. I would never recommend this place. I’ll be returning to massage Heights

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Did not massage the pained places, and was very hasty. Did not like it. Felt like my time was wasted after anticipating for weeks.

I had a membership under the terms that it would be for 6 months. Any time I would try to make an appt it was never convenient so I don’t know really what the membership had any good use for. Fast forward to a year later my card was still being charged monthly and when my card was deactivated they said my credits accumulated all those months wouldn’t be available for use. I’ve tried calling multiple times only for a staff member to tell me the manager or GM would call me back which still has not happened. They had no problem charging my card every month but as soon as my card was deactivated they sent a text message. I’m paying for a service and not receiving the services? Sounds like theft to me.

DON'T GET A MEMBERSHIP TO THIS PLACE! YOU'LL REGRET IT!!! I've paid for 12 months with limited options to actually use my credits. They are booked out almost two months. Not once have I called to find any availability. When I finally did book in advance I called with covid and they charged me a credit but refused to let me reschedule or come in for the massage. I finally cancel paying 12 months and they tell me I have to use my credits in 60 days but can't transfer to another location for a couples massage and OF COURSE trying to book a couples massage over 3 weeks prior has ZERO availability. THIS WAS THE WORST INVESTMENT I'VE EVER MADE. DO NOT GET ROPED INTO THIS MEMBERSHIP!!!!! I'M SO GLAD TO NO LONGER GIVE THIS BUSINESS MY MONEY. I'LL GLADLY PAY $150/MASSAGE AT WOODHOUSE WITH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN TO PAY LESS AND DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I love going here! I pay for a massage envy membership and honestly it’s so worth it to help with my work aches and pains. And I love being able to transfer my credits to my friends and family. LOVE

It’s unfortunate reading these reviews and hoping it’s just a fluke, but lo and behold, one day before my massage, the message to reschedule. Was really looking forward to this. Very unprofessional. Two stars cause the two ladies up front were very sweet.

I can never get in for a massage but yet can’t cancel because I will loose my built up massages and their hold fee is ridiculous of $20 a month. I opt’d to pay the $20 and the jerks still charged my normal $60 fee for September. I highly recommend going to another company the membership is a joke you can never get an appt even 7 days out. So upset calling better business bureau!

I have been a member of massage envy since around 2007. Bandera Oaks Massage Envy continues calling me all of the time to reschedule my massages that I've had booked for a long time. I book my appointments far in advance so that I can get the day and the massage therapist that I would like. I'm not very happy when they keep calling asking me to reschedule with someone else. I am a member and my prices keep going up and I don't see any benefit whatsoever to being a member. I am really disappointed!

If I could give some staff members 5 stars individually, I would! However, Massage Envy as a corporate and how they manage their members is outrageous. I understand that COVID caused a lot of ripples in the workforce. And right now it's hard to hire people and keep people. People just don't want to work anymore. 😒 But even throughout COVID, I've maintained my membership and have always been a loyal customer. I even drive from Boerne! But lately it seems like every time I try to make an appointment...they have nothing available. Like nothing in the short or long future that would accommodate around my work and schedule. I've even called other locations and still get the same issue. I've been playing this game with massage envy for at least 2 years and nothing has changed. I've brought it up to the 1604/Bandera staff when I do happen to get a rare appointment, but they shrug it off. At this point I've accrued probably 15 + credits towards a massage but can't even use them! What am I paying all this money towards a membership for? Why is it not just one but all locations having difficulty with open spots etc. Am I the only one having this issue? Why hasn't Massage Envy made things right? I vocalize my frustration every time I call and try to set up an appointment. In all honest, I'm just going to cancel my membership and consider going elsewhere. I'm wasting my money here.

My massage therapist was great but it’s hard getting an appointment here. They have increased the rates for their membership. I put in a cancellation request about a month ago and have not received a callback. When I call no one answers the phone. Very disappointed!

Over priced. Im my opinion $39 -49.00 1 hour massage is acceptable. Anything beyond is based on quality of massage in TIPS . DONT BLAME COVID FOR PRICE INCREASE

Highly recommend. Staff was patient answering all my questions making sure I understood everything before I made my appointment. Day of I showed up and they were very friendly. I went over my problem areas with them to come up with a plan of action. After months of dealing with a sharp pain in my shoulder it's finally gone. My 2nd visit is already scheduled.

This massage did not make me feel better. Also I've been getting harrassed because someone thought I skipped out on a deployment. They used something they called the 3 stones. Please let me know what the 3 stones are Thank You Paul Murray

Very unprofessional for continuously canceling services on their own members. I have personally been cancelled on at least 5 times now in the last several months. I definitely would recommend going to another Massage Envy location, for their staff is highly unreliable.

Front staff make check in and check out quick and efficient. They are always knowledgeable and friendly which only add to the relaxing environment. My massage therapist David has been fantastic as well, he is able to read when I'm in a talkative mood and when I'm not and I always leave feeling less tense. It's quickly becoming an essential part to my monthly self-care habits.

I’ve booked with multiple massage therapists over the course of my membership and Jose C. was hands down the best experience i’ve had. definitely will be booking w him from now on. I also just booked my first Facial ever w Savannah, she was amazing!!! super sweet, very informative highly recommend!

Tension in lower back. Had the rapid tension treatment. If it fitss your budget they have an excellent membership.
