Staff aren’t very friendly. I had a Microderm done and instead of applying product in an upward motion, it was applied in a downward motion . She was also very rough when applying the products. She did not leave the room for me to undress nor did she put a blanket on me to cover up my body. (She used a shower towel, which did not cover me up) This was not by any means relaxing . The room was very clean and lightning was perfect, that’s my reason for two stars

Of all the locations El Paseo is my favorite. Always friendly, helpful staff & expert therapists. My person last night, Xiuhua who goes by the English name Kelly, was exceptional! I asked for medium firm & it perfect for me. Obviously she can also deliver deep tissue if wanted but for me I wanted the muscles to relax & she did it! I had the best night sleep & feel great this morning! Stellar!! Thank you Kelly!!

Rose LiXiang has been my massage therapist for several years. I always book according to her schedule because she knows exactly where my tightness and knots are and gives me massages at the right pressure. Highly recommend Rose.

For a great deep tissue massage, ask for Lucy (Yu Hua) El Paseo Massage Envy is great. I’ve been going there since 2021. If you are looking for an excellent Massage Therapist to help you continue doing your regular activities, be it everyday chores, or an exercise activity that you enjoy, make an appointment with Lucy (Yu Hua). She is excellent.

Had a very sore, stiff neck and this massage helped a lot. I’m hoping that she got the knots out enough that I will be able to sleep better at night and not have to continue with the advil and Tylenol.

My first time, I was taken to the room and that was it. No instructions. I waited for her to return, waited but she didn't so i had to open the door and ask what is it im supposed to do. I was not sure if i am to leave my undergarments on etc again my first time. They asked if i had areas to put more focus on and focus and i mentioned my left leg. I was experiencing muscle spasms etc but when it came to massageing my legs there was less attention /pressure as well as no focus placed on my left leg. I mentioned it but it was as though she did not hear so I said it again, she still did noy do it So she chose not to listen. The massage overall was not what I expected, the knot's she could feel on my shoulder area we're not paid attention too nor was the pressure applied. The finally was her standing outside the door waiting with water and clearly expecting a tip. Not sure if i would return. Maybe not this (conveinant) location. Hana (Hikaru) is my go to therapist. She follows my requests for medium pressure, checking in once or twice during the session if the pressure is alright. Some sessions, I prefer silence, and may even fall asleep on the table. Other times, when I am feeling chatty, we have great conversations. I always leave feeling refreshed and ready for another week of work.

Hiraku is a great masseuse. She is my go to every other week. Lisa at the front desk is great, too. They are very welcoming and professional. I have gone to various Massage Envy locations in Northern California. This location is definitely one of the best.

Zemi is great at her work. She really listens to wear I need the most work and where I carry the stress. She is very intuitive. I always feel less stressed after my massages.
