I had an odd massage. My massage therapist was pleasant and a kind woman. The massage was firm, but could tell she had limited ideas as to what to do in a prenatal side-lying massage. My massage therapist when reviewing the tablet with me in the service room prior to starting, was touching some sort of fresh wound on the top of her head. She left the room so I could undress and came back shortly after. During my entire massage I was stressed that she didn’t wash her hands after touching her wound and was now massaging me. It also felt like she was dozing off when massaging my head and feet, when sitting on the chair. I could feel her dozing off and waking back up. She at one point stopped for 10/15 seconds and I was kind of worried she was having some sort of medical problem until she jolted herself awake, I assume based on the feeling. Overall, I was excited for it to be over and it left my head and neck very sore, unfortunately.

Stuff is super friendly and been enjoying the 2-hour massages regularly. Please just help me to have a more even disposition and feel more relaxed in my body. Very reasonably priced.

I am always made to feel welcome and greeted as I enter Massage Envy on 88th St. and Shea in Scottsdale. I love my massage therapist and she and I together are working on some of my physical issues . When we have conquered those I will just enjoy a relaxing massage as well. Thank you to the entire staff and especially to my therapist, Michelle.

Love Massage Envy on Shea in Scottsdale! If you are looking for a firm massage I highly recommend Dan!! He provides excellent techniques and helps my body to heal after some intense workouts I do. So glad I found him.

Massages are very personal, and you should try different therapists until you find one whose style is perfect for you. For me, that's Michelle. But you won't find a better value for a massage than at Massage Envy. Therapists only get a (small) portion of the amount you pay - so I highly recommend that you tip generously to thank (and compensate) your therapist.

Had an AMAZING Massage Therapist today for my mini out of town get away and met some really kind people! The entire staff was great including the store manager! Thanks to all that made this a wonderful experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amy is a fantastic therapist and I highly recommend her. She is new to this location but I was a client of hers many many times when she was at the S. Tempe Massage Envy. She is very professional and listens very carefully to the client's needs. She is very experienced and has excellent massage technique. I was very pleased with my sessions with her.

I am a single mom who works a physical job as a painter, and I absolutely NEVER take a moment for myself.. well, today I did that, and Massage Envy - Shea DID NOT disappoint!! Ian, the assistant GM, is running a good ship over there. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile from Megan. What a doll!!! She was kind, friendly, efficient, just on the ball!! She was helping a client when I walked in but still acknowledged me. "Hi! welcome, give me one moment. " She had to ask Ian a question, who was helpful to her and allowed her to learn. When she came back she said "sorry it's only my 4th day" to my surprise she was killing it. She was made for customer service, and for someone who is extremely uncomfortable doing things for herself, Megan helped ease that. Andy, my massage therapist! What a gem of a man. I normally wouldn't ever schedule with a man, but my body is in such bad shape. I wanted some deep big hands, and he delivered. A couple of things in the room - I got low bed warmer, but I should have gone with medium. There were times I was a little chilly but by no fault to Andy. I think the music would be better on a loop so that there is no silenced before the next song plays. Andy really listened to me about my needs and problem areas and then really went in on them. I will say that when he was massaging my little booty and hips, he left the blanket on which I would have preferred he not. I do understand in today's world why he went that route. I would go back to Andy again. One thing is I'm quite very quiet. I prefer to say absolutely nothing until the massage is over, Andy Likes to talk, which is NOT bad. He is friendly and carried conversation well. I am thankful for Andy and his honesty. I felt safe in the room with him, and he was professional! Now, the star of this location and the reason Megan and the rest of the team were so kind and professional Ian!!! Ian, man. At check out, he offers me an upgrade to the membership, which in the long run saved me money and will allow me self care monthly at a cheaper rate. I didn't feel sold - see as I said Ian OFFERED there was no pushy sales or you need this - I didn't give much push back because of that, where on the norm I would absolutely never sign up for something that I literally never take time for. Ian made me feel I deserved this for myself, but not in a sales way. he was genuine! I can't wait to go back and use my FREE 60 min massage, facial, or stretch! I didn't know they offered that now, and I'm excited to try it out. I also was gifted 2 free enhanced therapy cards and also a rewards card after 5 massages. You get a FREE one again!!! The membership is $75 a month that is one 60 min massage - and if you don't use it YES it rolls over!!! Well with that said. I am a very happy client. Thank you Ian, Megan and the main event Andy for allowing me this amazing experience!!

I've been coming to this location for some time now and have found an amazing therapist by the name of Helen that I now frequent. One of the best massages I have received. She pays very close attention to detail and always knows just what my body needs. Thank you Helen for your fantastic service. Rest of the staff is amazing as well from check in to check out

Love this location! Helen is my preferred massage therapist, she pays so much attention to all of my needs and is so professional. Ian at the front desk is helpful with booking my appointments. The availability is very good at this store compared to others I've seen and their customer service is excellent.

My therapist is beyond brilliant but they have completely changed the appointment scheduling. If you go to someone very popular and want a standing appointment at the same time you can only book a few appointments ahead.. so you now have to schedule a phone call on your calendar to call to get an appointment a few months ahead.
