I got a facial with Kelly omg best facial ever she literally did as many extractions as she could and I totally needed that. I will be getting a chemical peel with her next time I highly recommend her!!

I'm not a regular with massages but occasionally I'm in desperate need. I am a hygienist who also lifts weights, runs, and lives a very busy hectic life. I'm always looking for a deep tissue at that time and have never been too impressed which is why I don't do them often. I have to say I was skeptical to have a woman have enough pressure to do a deep tissue massage. I went ahead and booked with Sheila because I was in desperate need and boy did she change my mind. She is amazing and over qualified. That was the best massage, by far, I have ever had in my life. I went ahead and booked another one in 2 weeks and bought the membership. She will be the only therapist I will see. Give her a try, she will not disappoint.

I've had my ME membership for a long time! I'll have to gatekeep my favorite massage therapists but out of camelback, arcadia, and Tempe (no way) - Scottsdale Thomas is the best.

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I've only been going there for three months and I'm over it. It's been one problem after another whether it be shorting me on my service in the following areas of QUALITY (not given massage portion of facial), and TIME (I was given 40 min massage instead of 50 minutes) -you pay for "60" but in the contract it states 50 minutes of hands on. Within the 3 months I have had them cancel services last minute as well as lose my appointment in the system. It's supposed to be relaxing and one does this for self-care but my stress level has gone up since signing up. It's not worth it at least at my location which was Power and McKellips.

I’ve gotten two masses this week here They’ll start 10 minutes late & finish ten minutes early. One of the guys named Victor was 7 minutes late to my appointment then laughed it off like it was no big deal , but I’m paying for a service & my body is aching all over it’s not funny. Then I got into the room & they didn’t have the propper bedding down on the table which then took longer to have the bed prepped for the massage & by that point it was like 11:12 I got onto the massage table without saying a word Victor kept asking me if I was having a bad day. Like no Victor it was alright until you laughed about you being late to your job, I’m just trying to get what I paid for & my full time without being questioned why I’m not being talkative because you’ve already made me feel uncomfortable. Please do your job quietly so I can enjoy my services in peace. Especially if you’re just being a doche bag.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years. I have never walked into a massage appointment to be told it was canceled. I had made the appointment weeks ago to find out they say they called me at 10am this morning. I had no missed call and no voicemail. I have had many cancellations before due to a therapist calling out last minute. I have had voicemails and emails and texts. This specific location didn’t text or email or call. They may have misdialed but the front desk girl couldn’t even admit a wrong number may have been dialed or tried calling again. Or emailing or text. I received an email saying my appointment was canceled AFTER I walked in. This as a location makes no sense. Emailing you your appointment is canceled when they supposedly canceled it in the morning while you are standing there for your appointment makes NO sense. I have a tight schedule and made my appointment in advance. I wasted time, gas and money as a client of mine asked for an appointment with me this afternoon but I said I had an appointment already for my massage. The front desk girl had the audacity to laugh as I walked out and couldn’t admit I wasn’t called. I offered to show her my phone. She kept saying I was called. As a Massage Envy client for over a decade to be treated like this was nothing but unprofessional and rude. Keep calling the client so they don’t waste their precious time. Totally inexcusable.

Second time at this location and both times the physical appearance of the location inside is clean and open and calm. The massage therapists were pleasant and asked questions. It's those extra things, the exfoliating hand cream the oils and lotions on your back and stuff that gets you that's expensive, and it's not worth it. Just a good old-fashioned massage was the way to go..

Even death isn’t considered a qualifying condition to end a massage envy membership prematurely. If you’re going to commit to a contract, at least do it somewhere higher quality than the dollar store of spas. However, if you find non-stop upselling throughout your entire treatment relaxing, this is for sure the place for you!

Unfortunate Customer Service Experience I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. Having been a member for a year, with a lapse of 7 months, I sought to freeze my membership. However, I was informed that it was impossible to apply this to past months, despite my account showing 7 unused sessions. I made three separate requests to terminate my membership before finally receiving the necessary form. I also asked to transfer one of my remaining sessions to my son, with an additional $10 per their rules. This request was denied on the grounds that I had opted to cancel my membership. To add, even though I had requested to terminate my membership, they proceeded to charge me an additional $75, citing a 10-day processing period. I implore anyone considering their services to explore other options, as you may find superior service, more consideration, and more cost-effective alternatives elsewhere. When I questioned their rationale behind these practices, they insisted that all this was clarified upon my initial sign-up. However, the only information I recall being highlighted was a warning that membership rates would increase if I didn't join immediately. I hope that this feedback helps others make more informed decisions when choosing a service provider.

I love Massage Envy! It puts you at ease right away when you walk in, and the relaxation room where you wait is extremely enjoyable! Just the quiet, relaxing atmosphere gets you in the mindset to let everything else drop away and just breathe. I've had several massages from this location, but I absolutely LOVED my 2 hour massage with Keith!! I have chronic pain and he was able to relax all my sore spots! He's got magic hands! I left feeling like I was floating and was able to enjoy the rest of the day in less pain!! Thank you Keith, you're awesome!!!

While visiting Scottsdale, I woke up with a sore neck. I was able to make a same day appointment. Sergio was amazing and gave me tips for stretching. The facility was clean, the staff was welcoming. Overall, great experience!
