Had an amazing experience at this location! Everyone was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was clean, calm, and professional. Special shout-out to Lola who got me checked in—super easy to talk to, friendly, and very thorough when it came to answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. My massage therapist Katrina was a rockstar as well! Friendly, attentive, empathetic, and dedicated to making sure I was comfortable and getting the most out of my (first ever!) massage. She worked absolute magic on my tight muscles and gave me great advice on how to keep up care at home. Will absolutely be back!

Jenny is the best! I’ve a monthly membership and every time I come, she takes care of my skin with a custom facial. I love her professionalism and that she created a relaxing and calm atmosphere. Thanks! Update from October 2024: since after Jenny left, I have seen all three other aestititians and all of them are too pushy with the products. They also bring up add-on services or upgrades. Don’t fall for it: the quality of the service is low, they do bare minimum. Hate the experience and going to discontinue membership next month.

Horrible experience with a facial at this location. I got a chemical peel done, I’ve got several done in the past, there is a permanent pigmentation in the middle of my nose. I went back and asked them to fix it, they gave me free 30 mins consultation to fix it but every subsequent visit to try to fix it they made me pay for it. Also the staff is extremely rude! I went to a different location and they said that the notes said they didn’t know how to do the peel and that my sensitivity should never have gone up to 8, so they something wrong. After I escalated with corporate The franchise owner called me and they said they would get back to me but it has been over 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back. It’s been months now and the pigmentation is still there. And if you call them they would say it is expected to happen with darker skin.Avoid this location for any kind of service!

This was my 5th visit & I had yet to find “ my person.” I really enjoyed Kristina’s massage & would like to schedule another appointment with her but she was not available when I am. On a separate note, your bathrooms are not clean. An edit to this post. I have been going to the Queen Anne location for over a year now & have found my therapist. Her name is Jenn. She is strong & skilled. She’s personable and always follows up on issues. Highly recommended. And the cleanliness of the bathroom has improved!
